服務很好，賓至如歸。
寨子裏的酒店都是統一管理的，先到東寨口辦理入住，然後會有擺渡車送到酒店門口。
温度和環境適合避暑，涼快而不偏僻，晚上寨子裏很熱鬧很多活動，湖邊有很多喝茶的、喝酒的館子，隨便找個地方都可以呆很久。
酒店的泳池是一大亮點，一直有安全員盯着，安全意識做得很好。總之是一個大人不累，孩子開心的地方。

前台態度很好，免費給升級了房間，驚喜了一下，整體都很不錯，但有三點不足的説一下：
1-託運行李用了一個半小時！退房時等接駁車又要等幾輪！！（這個主要是遊客服務中心的問題，跟酒店關係不是特別大。）
2-陽台門開在靠邊，書桌有放在門口，在合上窗紗情況小孩撞到玻璃上了😅
3-雖然説是全景陽台房，但在負一樓被圖二的屋頂擋了一半視線了，晚上換上效果不如健身房👿

進出酒店很不方便，要坐中巴車轉運，還要一站站停，酒店電話打不了，衹有遊客中心客服電話，衣服落下了就不知道找誰要。這酒店的價格打五折還行，車子要停到很遠的露天停車場，然後拉着行李走一公里去坐公交車進景區酒店。
