一個比較新的以酒為媒介的古城，酒店位置很不明顯，的找一找，下來我去的時候可能酒店有其他接待，感覺很亂，服務可以説完全脱節。我個人也沒有太多要求，但是酒店方面提前聯繫我説給我提前開暖氣，諮詢我幾點到，結果到了以後房子沒有開暖氣，一開始找酒店打前台電話五六個無人接聽，進去諮詢提前開暖氣問題，沒人知道。整個一個就是脱節。
希望你們生意興隆，把基本的服務和承諾做到吧。
