酒店人員服務熱情主動，提前辦理入住還免費升級了房間，包含早餐和夜宵，房間裏面衞生間和淋浴室是分開的，乾淨衞生，離店時還送了小禮物！滿意！

環境很不錯的，在遵義這樣的小城裡顯得尤為温馨。從預約到退房，遇到的每一位工作人員都很專業真誠，看我們帶了狗狗，還主動要提供睡墊，並且因為提前溝通了狗**較膽小，特地給我們安排了邊位，減少附近人員走過的可能，非常棒！在遵義遇到的一切，都想讓人有“下一次”。

房間很乾凈，床，衞浴都很舒適，酒店服務非常好，每個崗位的員工非常有禮貌，前台和保安還幫忙拿行李，地理位置方便出行，早餐豐富，唯一不足的是酒店的衞浴毛巾太舊了，和酒店目前的設施不匹配，提了建議給酒店相信會有所改變，對面在造房子所以窗外看出去不是很好但這衹是暫時的。適合出差旅遊的朋友們。
