怎麼説呢，攜程訂好房，下午到店排大隊，衹有一個人也不知道在辦什麼團體，衹有先去吃了晚飯回來告訴我沒有房了，理由是五一人太多了太忙了！可好笑？？莫名其妙！雖然最後在我的多方投訴下解決了，可服務實在不敢恭維，跟攜程客服對比一下就差太多了！環境衞生普通

掛牌四星不符，大堂服務員無精打采，態度欠佳，酒店房間設施陳舊，洗漱用具尤其牙刷，感覺很劣質，牙刷的毛也脱落了，晚上電話前台，需要一個手機充電頭，結果電話那頭冷冰冰一句話：沒有，四星級酒店就這樣？酒店早餐在二樓，哎，怎麼説，完全不如三星酒店的早餐，冒粉的女服務員看操作也生疏，用餐過程，餐廳另一頭有衞生間沖水的聲音，一餐廳工作人員從衞生間出來，感覺上了衞生間出來沒有洗手，又跑到冒粉那裡，瞬間沒有胃口了，歸納總結，四星酒店不符，工作人員態度欠佳，房間內洗漱用品瑕疵，早餐很單一，且感覺不太注意衞生，下次不會再選擇該酒店
