I passed by Maotai Town with my family freely. The hotel is very new and the facilities are good. Xiao Liu and Xiao Wu at the front desk are very enthusiastic. They helped us arrange six rooms to the first floor and upgraded two rooms. Even our dogs along the way were also included.

整體體驗下來很不好,最開始去前台開房間,結果房型都鎖着沒開放,要臨時打開才能開,登錄半天才開好。我想既然網上都有房間,不應該提前把房間開放出來嗎?在房間發現沒有一次性馬桶墊和洗澡用的涼拖鞋,就打了電話要了馬桶墊和兩雙涼拖鞋,前台告知沒有一次性馬桶墊後,然後又打電話告訴我説有的,讓我覺得酒店設施內部人員都不清楚嗎?還有我要涼拖鞋就是洗澡的,結果阿姨説前一天要涼拖鞋的人太多了,現在只有一雙涼拖鞋了,然後説多給我兩雙一次性拖鞋……一雙就一雙吧,結果兩衹都是同邊的,還不同碼……這讓人怎麼穿,這是我住這麼多酒店來第一次遇到酒店服務這麼拉胯的……戴斯這麼大一家酒店都不能確保每個房間都有一至兩雙涼拖鞋供房客洗澡……而且當天也沒有滿房吧就沒有拖鞋了,也是讓人挺無語的

Location: very close to the venue The hotel was renovated from the original building. The room area is very small and the parking lot is tight. When you arrive at the parking space after 20 o'clock, you can only park at the entrance. You have to give the key to security so they can move your car. Even the security service awareness and attitude are quite good. It is recommended to wear uniform work clothes, otherwise you will worry about whether there will be problems 😂 The reception at the front desk was average. There is no internal phone line in the hotel room. If I need something, I have to make an outside call. I am really convinced, and I have to wait for an hour for the delivery to arrive. I was told that there is only one night shift service staff and it is too busy😢. The breakfast is rich, but not of high quality. It's just OK. The curtains in the room actually let light in. I woke up early in the morning. It is not friendly to people with light sensitivity!

The surrounding environment is beautiful, but the air conditioner is too noisy to sleep, and I can’t find the waiter at night. The overall feeling is not good and I won’t go again.
