Ein schönes und sauberes Hotel.
Das Zimmer war Sauber und vernünftig eingerichtet.
Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück war lecker und reichhaltig.
Leider gab es auf dem Zimmer keinen Safe.
Die Matratze der Schlafcouch war durchgelegen.
Der Frühstücksraum ist, wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist, zu klein.

Zuerst das Positive... sehr gute Lage. Die Turmsuite war schön und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick super! Das war es leider.... Die Suite wurde nur am ersten Tag gereinigt, danach, auch nach vielen Beschwerden, leider nicht mehr. Frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier mussten wir uns an der Rezeption besorgen. Am Ende gab es 5 Euro pro Tag Umweltprämie als "Entschädigung", wir hätten lieber saubere Zimmer gehabt, um uns wohlzufühlen. Am vorletzten Tag war der Kissenbezug und der Bettbezug verrutscht, was darunter zum Vorschein kam....iiiigittt! Gut, das das nicht früher passiert ist! Man muss wissen, dass das Hotel an der Konzertmuschel liegt, laute Musik von dort und von dem Platz vorm Hotel. Frühstück gut, beim Abräumen leider zögerlich. Lächeln wäre auch mal schön. Sehr gute Eierspeisen, frisch zubereitet. Im Steakhouse duften wir von den vielen freien Tischen keinen aussuchen, wir sind gegangen. Der Pool im Wellnessbereich kleiner als in den Fotos abgebildet, die Massageliegen funktionierten leider nicht, wohl schon länger. Dort aber sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal..

Sehr guter Service, super Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal. Wir sind nicht das erste Mal im Haus und kommen gerne wieder. Die Lage ist fantastisch, die Zimmer sauber, das gesamte Haus ist sehr ansprechend. Besser als im Preußenhof kann man in Zinnowitz kaum essen.

Wir waren auf einer Wanderreise hier eingebucht für zwei Tage und in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht, was der Freude aber keinen Abbruch getan hat. Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen großzügig (wir hatten eines aus der Comfortklasse) mit Blick auf die Ostsee - hier müssen Sie wie üblich an der Küste mit einem recht hohen Aufpreis rechnen, in unserem Fall um die 60 Euro pro Nacht. Frühstück gab es nebenan im altehrwürdigen Teil des Preußenhofes, sehr stimmungsvolle Räume dort und das Büfett ließ keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir haben die Zeit hier genossen, man darf allerdings nicht auf den Cent schauen, da die Zimmer doch eher hochpreisig sind, aber das ist in der bevorzugten Lage nun mal so.
