Auf keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Zimmereinrichtung alt und teilweise beschädigt, die Nasszelle zu klein und eher Camping-Standart. In der Minibar stand nichts außer zwei Gläsern, es gab nicht einmal Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Natürlich auch keinen Wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine. Frühstück eher spartanisch, immer gleich und einfallslos. Der Kaffee schmeckt seltsam genau wie das Rührei. Die Mitarbeiter dagegen sind freundlich und bemüht aber merklich frustriert über die Gesamtsituation. Für einen Zimmerpreis von 200 Euro die Nacht ein schlechter Witz.

Tolle Lage jedoch etwas veraltet.
Kommen schon etliche Jahre immer im Winter. Lage ist toll jedoch die Ausstattung leider etwas veraltet und das Frühstück ist leider nichts besonderes. Kein Fisch obwohl man an der Küste ist, des Weiteren nur Kaffee aus Filter Maschine, Cappuccino bekommt man aus dem Vollautomaten. Das nicht mehr zeitgemäß, Personal ist freundlich. Früher haben wir aufs Zimmer noch eine Flasche Wasser gestellt bekommen und das wurde mittlerweile leider auch gespart. Auch beim Frühstück sind Standards wie ein Koch der Crepes oder Ähnliches zubereitet. Ist im vergleich zu anderen Hotels an der Ostsee etwas hintendran.

Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt im 4-Sterne Hotel VINETA eine Enttäuschung. Weder das Zimmer, seeszeitig, mit älterer Ausstattung noch die winzige Minizelle (Bad) passten zur Kategorie. Im Bad war das Waschbecken drehbar angebracht, da nur so die Dusche oder die Toilette zu benutzen war. Das verantwortliche Personal im Restaurant verhielt sich zum Teil nicht gästefreundlich. Mittarbeiter wurden vor Gästen barsch zurecht gewiesen, obwohl sie sich bemühten, ihre zugewiesenen Aufgaben zu erfüllen. Zur Hauptfrühstückszeit kam es vor, das kein Kaffee, der selbst geholt werden musste, ohne Milch zur Verfügung stand. Auf die Nachfrage gab es eine patzige Antwort.Das Buffet zum Morgen und Abend entsprachen nicht einem 4-Sterne-Niveau (Produkte morgens, Temperatur abends), wie wir es andernorts genießen konnten.

Gut aber mit Abstrichen.
Das Hotel ist sauber. Die Leute mega freundlich. Aber die Zimmer sind eher klein. Auch das Bad ist eher eine Abstellkammer von der Größe. Das lag wohl am Umbau des Hauses. Das Frühstück ist gut. Bei uns war leider die Nutzung des Pools im Spa Bereich, der sich im Nachbarhaus befindet, nicht inbegriffen. Das sollte in der Beschreibung besser erörtert werden. Dadurch erschien für uns der Preis zu hoch. Das scheint aber überall der Fall zu sein. Preis/Leistung stimmen oft nicht mehr. Es gibt drei Gebäude vom Hotel.
