Zigong Yantan District Hotels

This hotel is the best choice for visiting the Lantern Festival during Chinese New Year. It's a 15-minute walk to the venue, and there's a home-style restaurant and a bubble tea shop downstairs. Getting to the high-speed rail station by ride-sharing app takes less than 15 minutes. While prices are generally high during Chinese New Year, the service here was exceptionally warm and friendly. They offered complimentary snacks in the room, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the flavorful noodles with chili. The only downside is that the platform in the room is a bit easy to trip on. Oh, and they even gave us a souvenir when we checked out – Zigong salt, a lantern, and a small horse pendant!

I've stayed here a few times and it's always been pretty good. It's comfortable, and I especially like the decor – simple, comfortable, and with an overall gray tone that feels sophisticated. This time I booked a special offer room. The room was a little smaller, but everything was the same as other room types. Although it's a shared bathroom, it's right next door and quite clean and convenient. It's perfect for business trips, super cost-effective, and a great deal! The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the Zigong High Speed Train Station. Although it is far from the downtown of Zigong City, the Zigong High Speed Train Station has buses to the city and many attractions. I walked to the Zigong High Speed Train Station for a few minutes, the Xianshi Old Town for about 20 minutes and the Zigong Lantern and Light World for about an hour. People can get a taxi at the hotel easily. The hotel provides free pickup and drop off services for the Zigong High Speed Train Station for free . The hotel workers are friendly and helpful. Ms. Peng is helpful. She helped me contacting my next hotel, and following up to confirm the pickup service of the next hotel. The hotel email was also responsive and prompt. The hotel and rooms are clean. The hotel provides a free afternoon tea with a little treat. For improvement, it will be helpful if the hotel can provide printed information of public transportation. Since I do not have a Chinese cell phone, the hotel workers helped me to lock on WiFi, which can be improved. All other hotels I stayed in China, people can get WiFi by using the room number and last name. This hotel requires a local mobile phone, for which I don’t have as an international visitor . Overall , I highly recommend this hotel.

Environment: A fantastic hotel 🏨, just a wall away from the high-speed rail station. The location feels like it's practically attached to the station. Service: I checked in after 11 PM, and the front desk staff were still very welcoming and even offered complimentary breakfast. Facilities: The only downside is that the hotel offers movie screenings. If I have the chance to come to Zigong again, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended.

The front desk was a little busy because of the lack of manpower, and the order was wrong, which cost me a lot of time. A group of people were playing cards and playing cards loudly in the lobby, which affected the rest rights of other guests, but the front desk did not interfere at all. Breakfast time is 7:30 to 9:30, you can eat slowly when you get up late, no need to hurry. The service is also very online, and there are people at the 24-hour front desk. I forgot to bring the charger at night. After contacting the front desk, it was delivered within a few minutes. The attitude was super good and it was not perfunctory at all. There is also a laundry room, washing machine and dryer are very new, there is no need to worry about washing clothes on business trips, and the clothes are still fragrant after drying. When you check out, you can store your luggage, and then pick it up after shopping. The surrounding traffic is also very convenient. There is a bus stop at the door. It is very close to the nearby park and the ancient town of Xianshi by car. This price can live in such a comfortable hotel, it is really worth it! There is no fancy packaging, all are really intimate. I have already recommended it to friends who want to come from Gong. I will definitely stay here next time!
