親子房有煙灰味，還在書桌看到煙鍋巴，非常介意！服務很好，但是酒店就是一棟樓，沒有任何環境可言。

帶着小朋友去方特玩，住了這家酒店。免費升級了方型，超大落地窗，視野很好，房間也乾淨，很寬敞明亮。離方特很近，打車幾分鐘，帶娃方特玩了一天，實在太累，也不想去找什麼網紅餐廳了，就回酒店吃的晚飯，結果小朋友很滿意，根據我們的需求做了小朋友也可以吃的辣度，但是又很入味。鮮鍋兔和幹鍋魷魚都好吃，小朋友吃了三碗飯，哈哈。
吃完就可以直接上樓回去洗澡休息了，很方便。
早餐也挺豐盛的，來回都有酒店貼心的高鐵站接送，省事。
帶娃住酒店又不想太累的，非常推薦奧

酒店停車方便，前台服務好，主動給我們升級房間，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠，離方特也很近，很適合帶小朋友出來玩入住。

工作人員挺熱情的，就是餐廳在飯點的時候上菜有點慢，能吃出來都是現炒的新鮮菜，但是每個菜之間間隔都很久，不知道是因為當天放假廚師不太夠還是別的什麼原因，每桌點的菜不一樣的話，出餐速度就不能保證了。
