Services and location are good. We did enjoy the breakfast too. Two floors of arrival lobby sometime mix-up the guests or driver where to meet/pick up. Should have more signage.

The reception staff was wonderful and very helpful with directions and places to visit. Great location to go visit Macao as the border is only 10 minute Didi ride away. Room was spacious and bathroom was phenomenal, big wide shower and bathtub. Definitely would stay there again.

The Deluxe Mountain View Twin Room (913) is an excellent choice. The spacious, clean, and well-appointed room and bathroom, along with the hotel's top-notch amenities such as the beautiful pool and fitness center, provided a wonderful stay. The exceptional service from the Front Office Manager, Ms. 王曉雨, who graciously accommodated an early check-in and arranged a delightful afternoon tea, is particularly noteworthy. The dining options, including the abundant breakfast and elegant afternoon tea, are also excellent. I was thoroughly satisfied and would gladly return. Highly recommended.

The front-desk service is polite and helpful. Dish of fruits is good and out of our expectation. Room facilities are quite complete but not enough plug in socket of USB for charging mobile devices. Cleanliness is expected to improve as some dirt is found around toilet bowl and there was a teeth-stick below the mobile control panel of the toilet bowl device. Bath soup was not enough. More one bottle for twin room is better.

I was in Zhuhai as part of the Clipper23/24 Round the World Yacht Race. Hotel is in an excellent location, with helpful staff and really superb breakfasts. The room was great value (upgraded to a suite at no extra charge). The wifi is very poor and intermittent and (strangely) the bottles of gin and whisky in the bar are ”only for display purposes”. Oh well, beer it is then. Would definitely stay again if in Zhuhai.

You can never be wrong with this hotel, awesome view, superb amenities and interior design, which makes the whole experience one step beyond your expectation. Once again I wanna thank Kiki for all the conveniences that she could offer and the great customer service and the help of the young doorman for helping me to bring my forgotten jacket. Thanks for the great help of all the staffs.
