This is by far the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed at. It features smart toilets, washing machines, smart home devices, and a plethora of disposable amenities. I had actually bought some disposable items myself, only to find the hotel provided everything. What surprised me most was forgetting my facial cleanser; I was planning to buy some, but the hotel had it available. There's free roasted sweet potato in the hallway, coffee, and even makeup remover and cotton pads. Each room has a washing machine with a built-in dryer, complete with laundry detergent – truly considerate! There are also wireless chargers. The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, and it's definitely worth the price; excellent value for money. There's a night market near the hotel in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zhuhai.

One of the standout features of our stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff, and in particular, our concierge, Sherry. Her dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction was evident in every interaction. Sherry went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, offering personalized recommendations for local activities that were perfect for our diverse group, which included both younger children and teenagers.
Additionally, Sherry’s service shone brightly when we faced a small crisis. After checking out, we realized that we had inadvertently left a cherished family keepsake in the room. In a moment of panic, we contacted the hotel, and Sherry promptly took charge. Her swift and efficient handling of the situation not only put us at ease but also ensured the safe and speedy return of our item. Her proactive communication and genuine concern for our predicament exemplified the commitment to customer satisfaction that defines Marriott Hotel.
Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel boasts an array of amenities ideal for families. The swimming pool was a particular hit with our children, providing endless hours of fun. Nearby, a well-equipped play area kept the younger members entertained while we relaxed in the serene surroundings. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a delightful experience, with a menu that catered to both adult palates and children's tastes. The availability of family-sized meal options was an added bonus.

SSmartshang**Facilities:** Excellent! The double vanity was fantastic, and the separate toilet, shower, and bathtub areas were particularly well-designed.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean overall. (A minor note: housekeeping did accidentally leave a cleaning cloth in the room on the second day 🙈).
**Ambiance:** Absolutely loved it! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning, breathtaking views of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and beautiful sunrises. The infinity pool on the 5th floor was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable; the kids spent an entire evening and a good part of the morning playing there.
**Service:** The service was excellent, and the staff were very hospitable. Even though our checkout was scheduled for noon, they kindly allowed a late checkout so our children could have a shower before we departed.
**Travel Photography Service:** It was decent.
**Surroundings:** Right downstairs, there are beautiful scenic spots like the Guanao Platform (Macau Viewing Platform) and Lover's Road. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to explore them. We rented shared bicycles, which was a pleasant experience, and there are plenty of dining options within a ten-minute walk nearby.

GGuest UserWe booked this hotel for our first night and the night before our departure during our trip to Zhuhai Chimelong. While the hotel's amenities weren't absolutely perfect and had a few minor imperfections, these were certainly overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The staff's service was incredibly proactive and positive; every single member left an excellent impression. On one night of our stay, around 11 PM, a rather tall manager wearing glasses personally came to our room to address a minor issue with the toilet. His response time from my report to his arrival was incredibly fast, and his attitude was both professional and positive. He handled the situation with great efficiency, immediately helping us relocate our luggage to a new, upgraded room. Any slight displeasure caused by the initial hardware glitch completely dissipated. After all, any facility can experience malfunctions, but a team capable of resolving issues professionally and efficiently at any moment, while providing excellent service, is truly one to be trusted.
I also want to highlight an older male staff member whom I saw both in the restaurant and greeting guests at the main entrance. He was exceptionally warm and thoughtful towards everyone, showed great care for children, actively greeted guests, and proactively offered assistance. In the restaurant, he would help serve our preferred dishes and even recommend specialties. These two individuals, in particular, left a profoundly positive impression on me.
All other staff members, including the lovely ladies at the front desk and the one who delivered our children's toiletries, were equally wonderful – too many to praise individually! It's precisely because of this exceptional service that I gladly chose to stay here again the night before our departure. This will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Zhuhai in the future.
(I've attached some sea view photos.) This is unequivocally a hotel worth staying at in Zhuhai. Compared to similarly priced hotels in other cities, it stands head and shoulders above the rest, even outperforming some establishments that cost twice as much (though to avoid any appearance of unfair criticism, I won't name names). If I have the opportunity during the upcoming air show, I will certainly return. I sincerely hope their high standards can be consistently maintained.

__WeChat227052****I planned to spend my birthday at an amusement park. After comparing Disneyland and Chimelong, I ultimately chose the Chimelong Spaceship Park package for the off-season after the summer vacation. At 1098 RMB for two days and one night, including breakfast for two, it was an incredibly good value. I'd stayed at the Penguin Hotel twice before, but this time, for a romantic getaway, after much deliberation, we chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Overall, it was good, and I might return for a general vacation, but not for a birthday again. Here's why:
First, birthday amenities need to be booked in advance. I checked in on September 19th and had booked the room decoration service a week prior. I also confirmed with the front desk on check-in day. Luckily, I got the room at 11 AM, and the staff said it had been upgraded and decorated. I even planned to record myself opening the door, but there was nothing. When I asked the birthday concierge, they said it hadn't been decorated yet because many people needed decorations these past few days (clearly an excuse). I suggest that when guests pick up their room, staff could explain this in advance, at least to manage guest expectations and avoid disappointment.
Second, I hope they can learn from Disney in terms of emotional value. Whether it's children, adults, or seniors, everyone who comes to a theme park wants to feel like a child. I was given a birthday badge, and online it said that staff in both the park and the hotel would wish me a happy birthday. I always wanted to see if it was true, and the result didn't disappoint – most staff really acted like they didn't see it 😂. The only two exceptions were two male staff members – one male staff member at the Spaceship Park even gave me a small fan; the other was at the group birthday party on Saturday. I was curious how to get those small birthday hats, and a female staff member said they were only for reservations. Another male staff member quickly reacted by handing me a small hat and saying 'Happy Birthday.' Finally, even taking a photo with Kaka required a reservation... I hope you can clearly state any age restrictions for birthday amenities.

MMaxxiaoxinxinThe location is superb, right next to Hengqin Port, just a few minutes' walk to the port terminal. Complimentary underground parking is available, and the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The room amenities are decent, and the shower pressure was good, though the twin beds were placed a bit too close, which made it a little inconvenient to get in and out of bed. The breakfast was excellent (especially for a hotel of this caliber), and the restaurant environment was pleasant. We were also given a dining voucher for a main meal, which unfortunately we couldn't use. Overall, highly recommended.

GGuest UserA perfect 10/10! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, the toiletries were luxurious, and the dining experience was exquisite. Even the room key felt like something from a five-star establishment!
Our butler, Aurora Lin, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful! She anticipated our needs down to the smallest detail, and her responses to our questions were lightning-fast ❤️.
And the pool! I've never seen a hotel pool so immaculately clean!
I couldn't resist recommending it to all my friends in Hong Kong! This time, we traveled with our child during the off-peak season. Jisoo from the Kids' Club on the fifth floor was absolutely wonderful; she showed us all the entertainment facilities. If we hadn't had other plans, we would've stayed longer! Next time, we definitely want to try their childcare service 😁.
Ultimately, I simply *had* to leave a five-star review! I've already recommended it across all my work groups and family chats 😎.

TTangjingshuService: The service was quite attentive; someone helped us with our luggage when we got out of the car.
Facilities: The hotel's amenities are generally quite dated, especially the television. It's hard to imagine a hotel nowadays having such a small TV with no internet connection, and only satellite channels. The soundproofing in the room was practically non-existent. The next morning, we could clearly hear the cleaning staff tidying up upstairs, and children running around in the hallway were also distinctly audible. This made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep.
Ordering takeout at this hotel was very inconvenient; deliveries couldn't be brought to the room door, requiring a long walk to the hotel's main entrance for pickup. We caught a cold due to a major typhoon and temperature drop in Zhuhai right after we checked in. Being sick and needing medicine, we had to drag ourselves all the way to collect it. The hotel butler seemed very busy as well; it took an hour to receive a reply after sending a message.
In conclusion, apart from its proximity to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, this hotel offers no other advantages. For those without children, it would be much better value to stay in the city center rather than paying a high price here, especially given the significantly better dining and other amenities available there.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless butler service. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and smooth. We were then escorted to our room, where our dedicated butler meticulously introduced us to every facility, instantly elevating our sense of luxury.
**Environment and Facilities:** Located at the highest point of the Bay Area in Wanzai, our sea-view room offered an unparalleled vista of the Macau Tower and the cross-sea bridge, especially at night when the dazzling cityscape unfolded like a masterpiece. The room decor exuded classic European luxury, with exquisite materials. The most delightful surprise was the marble bathroom and the iconic St. Regis crystal bath salts; a soak instantly melted away all fatigue.
**Attentive Service:** This truly is the soul of St. Regis! The 24-hour butler service was incredibly responsive to every request, whether it was ironing clothes, brewing coffee or tea, or simply delivering items, the response time was consistently swift. Every time we returned, our room had been meticulously tidied and refreshed; this level of thoughtful care was truly moving.
**Dining Experience:** The buffet breakfast at Social restaurant was of exceptionally high quality, with a rich variety of choices. The Eggs Benedict were particularly authentic. The afternoon tea was equally exquisite and an experience not to be missed.
**Summary:** This was an absolutely fantastic value-for-money stay. Whether for celebrating an anniversary, a honeymoon, or simply seeking a pure luxury staycation, The St. Regis Zhuhai is the ultimate choice. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

LLaxiaojiaoThe front desk proactively upgraded us to a sea-view room during check-in. Being on a higher floor, we had a fantastic view of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge – absolutely stunning, a definite thumbs-up! 👍 The hotel is directly opposite Gongbei Port, just a few minutes' walk away, and also very close to Zhuhai Station, making it a great location. There's a food street nearby, so you won't have to worry about food and drinks. After checking in, staff members主动 offered to replenish supplies, and their friendly attitude and service were excellent too!
