Huge hotel resort complex. The room was large and cute! Kids had an amazing time in the playroom and ice/snow area. It was a little disapppinting they had fish in a very shallow tank in the playroom - kids were scaring them by trying to catch them (not difficult to do). Staff weren't very interested or turned a blind eye until they were told by my upset daughter.

We appreciate our host Tsing Jin for upgrading us to a family room so we can have an extra bed for a 3 year old with good kids decorations and toys. We try both the Chinese restaurant and the Japanese restaurant at the top floor, both very good food. Japanese restaurants waiters all very good service and reasonable price at hotel standard. The Chinese doctor inside the Hotspring Center next to the kids pool is the best quality and anyone with postures issue should give a try. So professional and could solve real problems.

We arrived the hotel late (around 22:30) and the lobby felt very dusty and the windows were not cleaned at all. This could be a result of a nearby construction within the hotel, perhaps part of their expansion. The shower room is right next to the bed and water would leak out as the door could not be closed completely. Location is 5 min walk to a huge mall. We could see construction workers just right out of our window. Vehicle charging is available.

A hotel near Jinwan Airport that is really suitable for families. It is clean, hygienic and quiet. There are delicious foods downstairs. We had dinner at the nearby ”Farmer's Goose”. A chicken cost 188 and 5 people of all sizes didn't finish it. All the facilities and equipment in the hotel are relatively new and clean! I wanted to stay near the airport, but many hotels do not look very good. Transportation: There is airport pick-up during the day.
