The hotel is in an excellent location for a relaxing beach trip. It is a short taxi ride Zhuhai's main city area further south. Swimming is not allowed on this stretch of beach and the hotel pool had already closed for winter. However,lots of families were enjoying crabbing in the rock pools at low tide. The hotel decor is a little tired but it is clean. The shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast is basic a Chinese buffet with the addition of toast and jam. There are some good independent restaurants and cafes nearby, Ephraim cafe is very nice with friendly owners, original artwork and cute cats.

It's the first time I booked this hotel. The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are complete, the room is clean and sanitary, the waiters are very good, warm and thoughtful, and any problems can be solved in time. You can go to Tangjiawan Ancient Town or Xiangzhou District to eat. It is very convenient. The hotel has free parking and charging in the parking lot. The design of the hotel is simple and generous, mainly wood. There are many wooden elements in the room. It is not luxurious, but very comfortable. The electrical appliances are all Xiaomi home appliances. As a Mi fan, I am very satisfied. There are bamboo elements in many places in the hotel, and there are flower decorations everywhere in the hotel, such as lilies, etc., each floor is different, and the atrium of the hotel is also very design-conscious. There are fruits for check-in, including bananas, oranges, apples, cherry tomatoes, etc. Basically, the sea view room can see the sea view, and the weather is good. You should be able to see the sunrise and sunset. There is no special description for toiletries, which are normal hotel toiletries. The attitude of the service staff is very good! Finally, I have to mention this swimming pool. It is definitely worth it for a hotel of this price to have an infinity pool and enjoy the super cool sea view. The swimming pool has swimming caps and goggles for sale, and the staff will prepare towels and free ginger tea. I highly recommend it! The small flaw is that the two pillows are the same size and not easy to adjust.

It was already dark and raining heavily when we arrived that day. We took a taxi to the hotel. As there was a tile shelter in front of the hotel gate and the space was relatively shallow, we had to open an umbrella when getting off the car with our luggage, which was quite awkward. As we booked two nights separately and requested the same room, one of the room cards had not been updated. The staff indicated that we could go to the front desk to collect it later. Also, since it was not a long holiday, there was no buffet breakfast as before, only Chinese and Western options, but I was satisfied with both. When I pointed out to them that the clock in the room was an hour slow (if I had to catch a flight first, I would most likely be late) and that the bedside lamp was blinking like a ******* house, they immediately arranged for repairs and adjustments, and served seasonal fruits. I was very impressed. But there are still areas that need improvement. For example, the breakfast restaurant is not directly accessible by elevator, making it extremely inconvenient for us elderly people or residents in wheelchairs to get up and down. If we stay here again next time, we must stay on the first floor. In addition, the seating layout in the restaurant is very crowded and narrow. Maybe the wicker chairs are too big. I was forced to hear the conversations of my neighbors. I pushed each other's seats while grabbing food, and almost had breakfast on someone else. It was very dangerous. I hope the management will face up to this problem and make improvements.
