We were so lucky to have met Queena , who was very helpful n friendly and efficient. She upgraded us to a duplex with our own pool facing the sea , our first ever. We were all so happy n excited to stay in that room. The Shadow Bar was very nice with a super night view of the sea n harbour. She also helped us with a small problem in the gym and also called a taxi for us when we had trouble getting one after checking out. A very beautiful resort for couples n family. Highly recommended n will surely come again. Appreciate it , Queena.

We chose Zhuhai for our 2nd wedding anniversary and discovered that the Banyan Tree, which I've always loved, had just opened there. After experiencing it, I was absolutely not disappointed. For the price of 3000 RMB, both the ambiance and service were perfectly matched. The receptionist called to let us know we were there specifically for our anniversary and specially arranged the decorations for us. She even prepared my favorite essential oil scents and pillows in advance – so thoughtful! Every detail in the room perfectly reflected the designer's attention to detail. The Dyson hairdryer and Amiro mirror greatly enhanced our comfort. With its prime location and high-quality service, it's definitely the top choice in Zhuhai! 👍👍👍

Great cleaniless, great view, great staff. The breakfast is simple yet complete and most importantly clean and fresh. I will come again and have come again with my family.

This stay was very satisfying! The hotel is conveniently located, close to the subway station and attractions. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the soundproofing is good. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they actively assist with luggage and travel consultation. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a variety of Chinese and Western options, and the freshly cooked noodles stall is especially recommended. In terms of facilities, the gym and swimming pool are well maintained and worth a try. The only small drawback is that the bathroom drains a little slowly, but it does not affect the overall experience. High cost performance, I will choose it again on my next trip!

It was a very satisfying stay. Xiaojie and Xiaoxiang at the front desk were very welcoming and gave us two free breakfast coupons, which was very heartwarming. ❤️The room was clean and well-equipped, and the sea view was even better. 🥰We had some minor issues with adding paper towels and the air conditioning during our stay, and Tiantian and Shishi responded promptly and handled them properly. 👍🏻Finally, they also gave us a late check-out and gave us Mid-Autumn Festival gifts. 👍🏻We will definitely choose this place next time we visit Zhuhai. 😘

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The environment is okay and relatively clean. The front desk on the night of the 4th was very good and the service was enthusiastic. When I checked out around 11 a.m. on April 6th, the front desk service was not good. I had been indifferent and perfunctory when renewing my room the night before. It was still the same on the morning of the 6th. I also had a cold and perfunctory attitude when checking out. I didn’t want to say more. Not a single smiling face. It's really funny that they look unhappy with us. We are customers, not here to be upset. I hope the hotel can improve its services.

The hotel is new, very clean, comfortable and stylish with a magnificent view to a Zhuhai Macau Bridge, which looks like a pearl necklace in the dark. Breakfasts were delicious, especially wonton soup, don’t miss the chance to order it to a friendly chief! Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Zhang Yan Xin, she always made extra efforts to explain to us in English everything we needed and even made a heads-up about sunrise time, so we didn’t miss it, though bed was too comfortable to leave it early. We loved everything and will definitely will come again! Thank you so much!!

👍🏼The room is large and comfortable. 👍🏼The bed is huge. 👍🏼The service is very attentive. 👍🏼It is just opposite Tangjiawan Station. 👍🏼There are restaurants nearby. 👍🏼Free parking. 😆The only drawback is the far location, but it is worth it and I will come again.

The port car is north, so it is not remote. I look forward to a good sea view at the seaside hotel, but the room has not seen a gap~ sea view 😑. There is hair on the floor of the toilet in the room, low-level negligence! The shower faucet leaks, but fortunately the hydraulic power is acceptable. The room is awkward, knowing that the hotel is not the latest, and the table chairs are also available. The only thing left is that the room lighting is weak, so that the residents can not feel the basic sense of security, plus the year of the hotel, and the sound insulation is poor, and they can't sleep well all night. Breakfast is OK, but there are not many choices. The male staff at the counter was very cold, and the female staff was enthusiastic, saying that few Hong Kong people came to stay here, so review yourself. The air-conditioning is sufficient, I have not tried other facilities, I am afraid of too much criticism, sorry, but the price has been reflected. In fact, this $ is a better choice, especially in this depressed economy! Looking forward to the next renovation or reconstruction 🙇🏻♀️

Front desk staff could be friendlier, more welcoming ( eg. smiling faces ) and learn to be informed of transport possibilities between hotel and Hong Kong Airport. The hotel is well maintained and well designed. Though there is no nice view from the room as it is located in an IT park with eateries and mini supermarket. The hotel is nice and is particularly suitable for visitors who have to work with the famous Sun Yat-sen University and/or with Scientific IT Park where the hotel is situated For visitors who like big shopping possibilities, it is better to stay in town. i like the hotel - an oasis for me as i like to be quiet.
