首先，這個小區很多民宿，這家整體算比較新，比較簡約，位置也無敵，非常便捷。但，其實衹要是這個小區的民宿，基本都便捷🙂所以它的優點衹有較新。
然後，就是要差評了。在南方，在廣東，在珠海，這個夏天超長，白天氣温35以上，晚間氣温不低於28的地方，這個民宿客廳居然沒有空調，也沒有風扇，絕了，我不知道房東對這裡的天氣有什麼誤解。然後，房間空調，哪怕開了16度，也是不涼的。打電話給房東問詢風扇和空調的事情，他的回復也是很令人無語。房間衞生也是很絕，你説它沒清潔吧，它也不髒，你説它清潔了吧，冰箱還有上個客人的糖水。另外，配備的紙巾不夠，衹有一包，可它有兩個洗手間呢🙂沐浴露也是沒有補充的。衹有一次性毛巾的充足的。😀
