Fumi River View Hotel Zhuhai Gongbei Port branch really exceeded my expectations, definitely a five-star review! The location is prime, a mere 5-minute walk directly to Gongbei Port, which saves so much time crossing over to Macau. It's also not far from Zhuhai Station, making it incredibly convenient for catching trains and getting around. The river view from the room was absolutely stunning. The room itself was clean, tidy, and odorless, with a practical layout that felt spacious. The pressure-relieving mattress paired with high-blackout curtains ensured a wonderfully restful sleep. Amenities like the smart toilet, washing machine, and a massive 100-inch projection screen were all provided, fulfilling every possible need. The staff were warm and attentive, quick to respond to requests, showing meticulous care in every detail. The value for money is outstanding. Whether you're transiting or on a vacation, this place is perfectly suited. I'll definitely rebook on my next visit to Zhuhai!

AAnonymous UserI have to give the hotel and front desk agent Yulie five stars! Yulie checked me in efficiently and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities, even recommending local restaurants. Her attention to detail was exceptional.
The hotel is relatively new, and the decorative details are perfectly executed. The staff are patient and efficient.
They even upgraded my room to one with a panoramic view of the Jinwan Art Center. Although it's a business hotel, it's also truly suitable for a family vacation with kids.
During my stay, Yulie was incredibly responsive and helpful with any small questions I had. Her demeanor was gentle and responsible, and her sincere farewell when I checked out made me feel so warm.
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The hotel lobby is spacious, elegant, and immediately gives you that 5-star feeling. Staff were warm, professional, and efficient — check-in was quick and smooth. The overall atmosphere is calm and refined, perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

The room is beautifully designed with modern décor and warm lighting that makes you feel relaxed as soon as you enter.
The highlight is definitely the floor-to-ceiling panoramic sea view, giving you an uninterrupted look at the ocean and the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge. Whether it’s sunrise or evening lights, the view is breathtaking.
The queen-size bed is extremely comfortable — soft bedding, high-quality pillows, and a mattress that gives just the right support. Sleeping here feels like resting on a cloud. The room is quiet, spacious, and air-conditioned perfectly.

MM351428****Came to Zhuhai with family to see the ocean and stayed here for two nights.
Pros: The sea view is absolutely stunning, parking is convenient, and the hotel is very quiet, so my family rested well.
Cons:
On the first night, the metal strip at the top of the bathroom stall door came loose, making a screeching noise every time it opened. I called the front desk the next morning to have them fix it.
On the second night, the shower wouldn't drain, and after showering, the entire bathroom was flooded. All the bath towels and hand towels laid on the floor couldn't soak it all up, and the bathroom was still completely wet the next morning.
I won't be coming back here again. Next time, I'll try the hotel next door.

The hotel is right next to the University of Macau, and our room offered direct views of Macau, allowing us to enjoy the Taipa night scenery. Check-in and check-out were very quick. The mini-bar was a bit basic, with just two bottles of mineral water. It's a great place to stay if you're frequently crossing the border to and from Macau.

JJiechenOur stay at the Hengqin Bay Hotel was excellent. The shuttle bus service to and from the various parks was frequent, making travel arrangements flexible and convenient. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional.
The room layout was well-designed and spacious. The king-size bed was comfortably firm, and the children's bed came with safety rails, which was reassuring. The bathroom had a children's bathtub set and special toiletries for kids, thoughtful details that we appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, hot water supply was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi signal was strong and stable, providing a smooth user experience.
The dining options were extensive and consistently good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, from delicious Chinese congee to Western pastries. The ingredients at the Sea View Restaurant for dinner were fresh, and the pricing was reasonable. The cartoon-shaped pastries and tableware specially prepared for children were a big hit with our kids.
The hotel's recreational facilities were excellent. The Water World had a dedicated and fun children's area; the indoor heated pool provided a comfortable environment; the 24-hour dolphinarium, combined with scheduled educational talks, was both entertaining and educational; and the children's playground facilities were well-maintained.
The service was very satisfying. The butler service was responsive and effective in helping us plan our itinerary and make reservations. Room cleaning was meticulous, and the staff were friendly.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied!

MM228474****This was my first stay at a Hyatt hotel. I always thought it was a 5-star brand, but the facilities and service didn't really meet 5-star standards.
Service: The staff member who checked me in was really unprofessional and unwelcoming. They didn't provide any basic information about the hotel. My booking included breakfast, but they didn't tell me where it was served. They also didn't mention which floor the executive lounge was on – I had to figure everything out myself.
Facilities: The facilities are quite old. I saw that it opened in 2019 before booking, but it really feels much older and run-down.
Environment: The surrounding area is still under development, so there's not much to do. It's advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but the amusement park charges extra, is very small, and not much fun. It also felt quite dim and not well-lit inside.
I booked a 3-night voucher, and now I'm actually trying to transfer the remaining two nights to someone else.

Let's just say the facilities are all there. The coffee table between the TV and sofa was a bit small, making it inconvenient to eat a late-night snack while watching TV. You could only get into bed from the foot of it; one side had a wardrobe, and the other had very little space, so you had to squeeze sideways. The bed curtain was electric, and quite noisy, but it didn't affect its use.
Of note is the restroom. The toilet and shower shared one door. The weather stripping on the door was a bit loose, and the shower waterproofing was poorly done. After showering, pushing the door open resulted in a puddle of water on the floor. If you put a towel down, the door would get stuck.
Overall, it didn't feel like a hotel from 2024; it seemed very old.
## Cleanliness:
The cleanliness was mediocre. There was an unidentified liquid next to the carpet, but since it was already very late when I checked in and my luggage was already unpacked, I didn't want to bother changing rooms over minor imperfections.
## Environment:
The environment was decent.
## Service:
The staff's attitude was okay. There was a robot, but it wouldn't deliver takeout; you had to go downstairs to pick it up yourself, which was inconvenient.
In summary, if you're looking for a location close to the Hengqin Port, you can book here. If you're not specifically looking for proximity to the Hengqin Port, you might want to look elsewhere.

The location is excellent; it's less than a 10-minute walk to Ocean Kingdom and very close to the Shipwreck Island theme park next door. The buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of choices, and both adults and children enjoyed them thoroughly. The staff were very enthusiastic and especially kind to our baby, really nurturing their childlike wonder. The beds were super comfortable, and they even provided a bed rail! What was also fantastic was that after the fireworks show ended, there was nowhere else to go, but the Circus Hotel had a small play area where kids could continue to burn off energy until 9:30 PM. It was truly wonderful! 😁

MM55324****From October 1st to October 5th, 2025, I stayed in room 4507, a sea-view room. The room was excellent, very spacious and comfortable, and the sheets and towels were very clean. The staff were very friendly; they'd greet you with a ”good morning,” ”good afternoon,” or ”good evening,” whether they recognized you or not. When I called for an extra bed, it was brought up in less than ten minutes. Children over 12 even received two complimentary breakfasts. In the evening, they proactively came to the room to ask if we needed mineral water or room service. The sea-view room offered a superb view of the ocean, and as it was during the National Day celebrations, I could even watch the Macau Fireworks Display from bed. You could even see the Macau Tower and the sea view from the toilet! All in all, whether it's the facilities, the service, or the view, everything was top-notch. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I had a very pleasant stay at Zhuhai Charming Holiday Hotel. The location is excellent — right across from the Gongbei Port and just a short walk to Macau’s border, which makes it super convenient for travelers going between Zhuhai and Macau. The area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and malls nearby.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice city or sea view depending on the side you stay on. The bed was cozy, and all amenities were well provided. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything tidy during my stay.
The hotel staff were polite, professional, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offered a good mix of Chinese and Western options, and the food quality was better than expected.
Overall, Charming Holiday Hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and good value. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Zhuhai, especially if you plan to visit Macau too.
