Traveling on May Day, I booked a hotel on the spur of the moment. The price was a bit high, it doubled. First of all, let me talk about the service. The attitude was very good. They gave snacks to the children. There were fruits in the room. The bathroom was very spacious with a large floor-to-ceiling mirror. There was no conditioner, but it was solved in time👍. The most praiseworthy person is Zhou Qiaoer at the front desk. Due to personal problems, she forgot her charger in the room and found it when she got home. The girl first asked the aunt who cleaned the room but couldn't find it. Finally, she went to the room to look for it herself. As a result, she found the lost things and wanted to express them to me. I give a big thumbs up to the girl👍

共住了三天，地理位置挺好，在普陀區東港，距離凱虹廣場和大潤發2公里，賓館附近也有小飯店和小超市。第一晚由於房間衹有一扇對着走廊的格柵，有點悶。和老闆娘説過之後，第二第三晚換到了另一間可開窗臨馬路的一間房。一家性價比較高的賓館。

Cleanliness: Well.... 4-5 stars for the a bit old but well maintained (and for kids lovely decorated) room. 1-2 stars for the restaurant with sticky floor, sticky tables and for 2nd floor lobby toilet max. 1 star.
Main issue and absolutely not Hilton standard: the breakfast. Neither Chinese (my wife is Chinese and tried it) nor western food meet any Hilton standards. No fresh fruit juice, old and dirty coffee machines.
The staff was very helpful though and tried to soften the obvious issues. Which leds to the conclusion: this hotel seems to have a severe management problem.
I would rather not choose it again. Especially as it was way too expensive. We paid 1700+ RMB per night (2 adults, one kid) including said breakfast.

I stayed in two hotels here. This one was low-priced and I didn't have much expectation. In the end, I was more satisfied than the higher-priced one. 👍 Seeing that I brought my child, they upgraded me to a big bed and big room for free. It was very clean and the equipment was quite new. The breakfast was also good and the service was very good. The waiter greeted everyone and said Happy New Year. It was exactly the same as the reviews. I will stay here again when I come to Zhoushan in the future. It is also very close to the scenic spots and free parking is very convenient.

I go to Zhoushan every year. In previous years, my friends booked the rooms. This year, I compared many hotels on Ctrip and chose Shenjiamen Hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception counter services. They were very patient to answer all your questions and it was free to keep your huge luggage in the reception counter before going in to PuTuaShan. And vegetarian lunch was available in the resort hotel restaurant at CNY39 per person.
I would highly recommend to spend a night here and spend at least half a day to visit the Kuan Yin Fa Jie 普陀山观音法界.
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing was new and looked fresh. 2 bottles of water and basic toiletories were provided (except shaver).
Less than 10m walk to Wugongshi Wharf.

It's very close to the pier. I booked this hotel for convenience. I booked a double room and a standard room with my friends. The decoration is quite good, the double bed room is large and has a small balcony. The service attitude is also very good, and some small gifts (drinks and snacks) are given for check-in. However, the lights in the room are a bit dark, and I personally prefer brighter ones. Overall, it is satisfactory.

The hotel has smart toilets that can heat seat cushions and other functions, which is surprising to a rural person like me. The hotel's toilets and bathrooms are separate, so traveling together does not require the embarrassment of waiting for your companions to finish taking a shower before going to the toilet. The hotel's bathrooms provide non-disposable shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, so you don't have to worry about capacity. The TV in the hotel is a Xiaomi TV, which can download Tencent Video, QQ Music, and NetEase Cloud Music. Listening to songs and watching dramas on TV. The hotel table also has wireless charging, which can charge Bluetooth headsets, smart watches and other devices. The hotel is on the west coast. You can see the sunset in the sea view room in the evening. It was cloudy on the days I went there and I didn't take any photos. I look forward to everyone's sunset photos. You can also walk along the coastline in the evening and enjoy the sea breeze, which is very comfortable. Near the hotel is Daqingshan. If you drive there, you can go to Daqingshan. GGuest UserIt's a very comfortable homestay. If you have anything to ask, you can directly ask the proprietress, so you don't have to worry about traveling. We ate breakfast at the B&B. The accommodation environment is comfortable and clean, and the proprietress will keep the door open when we return late at night. I heard that it is going to be renovated, and I look forward to coming again next time! In addition, there are road bikes that can be brought to ride with the boss.

SStephan_J_FiresWoW! What an amazing place to stay! I took my wife to the Island for her Birthday and was looking for an affordable and cute place. QingWu Fisherman's Hostel did not disappoint! The owner and his girlfriend were so kind and welcoming. He helped me find the correct Ferry station to travel to the Shengshan island and gave us tons of information and advice for living and traveling on the island. Like taking the bus instead of taxis because the taxis are very expensive. The Hostel also has a bar and restaurant area that is extremely cute and pleasant to be at. We ate Lunch and Dinner at the Hostel every day because the food was absolutely divine. My wife does not eat spicy food and the host was kind enough to alter the dishes. The room itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in. When we arrived at the room the air conditioning had already been put on and the room was nice and cool considering the soaring heat outside. We spent most mid-days in the room to escape the heat and take a nap. The evenings we spent on the deck watching the sunset and drinking beer and wine. It truly felt like home. If I go back to the island, I'll definitely stay there again. 1000% recommend.

The room was clean and the decoration was chic. The proprietress was still very good. And their Shanghai aunt's cooking tastes good, it is recommended to plant grass 😁

VVictor RUWe had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break.
This is what I liked:
- buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min)
- they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure
- hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant
- everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening
- good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot
- there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early
- hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services!
- hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai
- small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;)
- other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China?

The beach was opposite the hotel and the Guanyin statue could be seen in the room. The dinner in the restaurant on the first floor was great, the buffet breakfast was rich, and the butler service attitude was very good, helping to take the suitcase to the room.

MMalachySThe Manla Sea view villa owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. The husband came to the bus station to pick us and our luggage upon arrival. As I was travelling with my 2 young children, this was very convenient for us.
The villa location was perfect for us. It’s a short walk away from countless seafood restaurant and small supermarkets for our daily needs. It’s also very close to Nansha beach and the tourist centre area which had NAT services.
We spent some time at Dongsha beach which was a short and cheap taxi ride away and also next to the Westin hotel where my boys enjoyed the buffet. You can even walk there as it’s not very far away.
Meals at the villa were sufficient and tasty. The breakfast is Chinese style and plentiful. It’s a good way to begin the day as we explored the area.
The wife was very helpful, kind and generous to us frequently giving us food like bread, cakes, yoghurt, etc. We were also given some fresh grapes in our room every day.

In the afternoon, we played in Dongsha from sunset to lights, then went back to the hotel to change clothes and eat at the food stalls. At 5 a.m., we went to Dongsha to watch the sunrise and came back to catch up on sleep. The family room has a balcony and clothes drying rack, which is very convenient. Children need to change several sets of clothes a day. The family room is 700 on weekends, which is cost-effective and convenient for parking. The children played in the sand and the adults watched the sunrise. The swimming crabs at the food stalls are very fat. It is also close to Daqingshan. Recommended.

The hotel car takes you to the nearest Foding Mountain. Then take the bus to Zizhulin, Nanhai Guanyin, walk to Puji Temple, and walk to Fayu Temple. It is a perfect day. MMike Nomad OI had the pleasure of staying at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel in Zhoushan, and it was an unforgettable experience. This beachfront gem offers direct access to the beach, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking a relaxing seaside getaway.
The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect. Being steps away from the beach allowed me to enjoy picturesque views of the ocean and soothing sounds of the waves throughout my stay. The serene atmosphere made it easy to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.
A side note, this hotel is connected to the Westin and guest could stroll through the grounds.
The check-in process was smooth, and the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. They were attentive to my needs and provided helpful information about the hotel's services and nearby attractions.
The room was tastefully decorated and well-appointed with modern amenities. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-designed bathroom. The room's balcony provided a lovely spot to enjoy the sea breeze and stunning sunsets.
The hotel's dining options were diverse and satisfying. I particularly enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes served at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different palates.
The Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel's on-site facilities were also impressive. The swimming pool was well-maintained, and the spa provided a delightful way to relax after a day at the beach.
As mentioned earlier, the hotel's connection to the Westin added an extra layer of convenience. Guests could access additional amenities such as fitness centers, upscale dining venues, and more, creating a seamless blend of relaxation and indulgence.
Overall, my stay at the Lvcheng Zhujiajian Dongsha Hotel was exceptional. The location has numerous spots for having meals. There were a lot of restaurants all mostly catering seafood dishes. Which I thoroughly enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Zhoushan.
