There are too few tables in the room, and there is a lack of a chest of drawers in front of the TV, and there is no place to put things. Overall satisfaction, full marks for software, hardware needs to be improved. The location is a little far from Zhujiajian Wharf and Putuo Airport.

Free parking, perfect for self-driving, or mid-term vacation, or tourists who have a few days to go around the island. If you are in a hurry to go to mainstream attractions such as Putuo Mountain for a day or two, and you don't drive, you need to take a taxi or bus.

The hotel is located more than 10 kilometers away from Putuo Mountain. If you drive to Putuo Mountain, it is still very good to stay here. The price is much cheaper and the breakfast is great! The front desk service is very good and very welcoming. The hotel is also very open and has complete facilities. Only the decoration of the downstairs facade has a slight impact, but if you go to Putuo Mountain early the next morning, it will be no problem.

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
