酒店免費升級了房型，房間很大，設備很齊全，去沙灘都有擺渡車很方便，早餐也很豐富；工作人員都很熱情，特別是酒店的賓客關係專員小劉微信上聯繫回覆的很及時，有問題也馬上解決，不錯的體驗。

這趟旅程來説，這間酒店是比較印象深刻的！酒店範圍很大，分開不同區域，各種風格的庭院房間！還在沙灘邊！還有景色一流的海邊温湯園區！還有小孩最愛的水上樂園和户外機動樂園！自助餐的性價比也很高！服務也非常到位！幾個房間住了幾晚，小孩總會拉下一些東西！管家也很貼心的保管好順豐寄回！家庭度假強烈推薦

東沙景區暢遊:從酒店可以無限次進入，但是颱風來了，東沙景區關門了

酒店風景很好，出門就是東沙，酒店本身就是風景，房間比較新，衞生不錯，前台服務也很好。入住前打我電話加我微信，把酒店地址和各項注意事項都發給我，換房，提前退房等也都有求必應（颱風影響）。好
唯一遺憾的是沒住到東南亞，我好喜歡。
