設施：算是東沙老牌的公寓樓了，肉眼可見的舊了。但是，一分價錢一分貨，性價比是十足的！房間很大！
衞生：床品一如既往的乾淨！有點沒理解洗髮水沐浴露在洗澡的時候怎麼放，希望酒店可以改善。
環境：這個公寓的賣點！海景房看出去很美，陽台很寬敞！
服務：前台姐姐等我們到晚上十一點半很不容易！還升級了海景家庭房！
