這次入住體驗真的超預期！房間特別乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適。離店時前台還主動詢問入住體驗，特別周到。性價比超高，下次來這邊肯定還選這家，已經推薦給朋友啦！

客服服務態度很冷淡，打電話詢問地址時也不提醒辦理入住在二樓，短訊也沒有提醒。由於本週颱風，提前一天在網上問客服景區是否開放回答一律不清楚。並且也不屬於一般意義的酒店，就是保利開發的小區住樓分包給不同的承包商，晚上停車早上出去30元停車費，還不如住民宿正規。本來選酒店是為了衞生點，完全沒想到是這個情況。房間沒有洗手液

這次入住的體驗其實挺矛盾的，一半是驚喜，一半是崩潰！
先誇誇讓人驚艷的部分：酒店環境真的沒話説，走進去就覺得很舒服，乾淨又有格調。最絕的是那個星空頂，晚上抬頭看的時候，感覺像躺在户外看星星一樣，瞬間治癒了旅途的累，太浪漫了！服務也特別到位，工作人員態度超好，有需求響應得很快，細節處很貼心。床品更是沒話説，床墊和被褥都特別舒服，一覺睡到天亮，幸福感拉滿。
但崩潰的點也很突出——居然沒有洗衣房！出門在外衣服換得勤，沒地方洗真的太不方便了。更讓人着急的是沒有WiFi，現在幹啥都離不開網，這一點真的太影響體驗了。
還有就是不能加被子，付費加都沒有很奇怪
不過拋開這兩個硬傷，其他方面還是很值得肯定的，要是能改進一下網絡和洗衣問題，絕對是完美之選！
