整體一般吧，入住當天就我和朋友倆人，還趕上下雨，拉着行李走了一段路才到～是在一個小巷子裏，對於女生來講，很偏，獨自旅行的不推薦啦～其他的也不想多建議了～

自駕去普陀山，提前出發入住花築，環境很幽靜，一進大廳就是簡約優雅風，我們的房間在一樓，很方便，設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，老闆服務熱情，旁邊還有舟山長橋企鵝樂園，晚上去了沈家門吃🦞，下次去還會訂

舟山本地人的房子，不能提前入住14:00以後，在本地人村裡最好白天先去一次，要不晚上從普陀山島上回來找，還是有點難度的，在一條小道里。衞生情況還是可以的，裝修也是新的，2023年底開始營業，最好是開車的，不開車不建議住那裡。
老闆推薦的幾家本地人排擋還是蠻好的，在鎮上停車也方便
我們是早上去吃的海鮮麪，物超所值哦3條中等大小黃魚，黃魚鹹菜麪35一碗

衞生：首先這是我來普陀山多次住的最舒心的一次！非常非常乾淨
環境：剛停下車的地方有點荒，結果到民宿門口超級驚喜 進門是個小院子 整個風格偏侘寂風 室內乾淨明亮 但因為到的太晚沒想起來拍照 室內牆面做的都是藝術漆 軟裝硬裝感覺裝修的超級用心 審美也很好
服務：店主非常熱情 幫忙拿行李送東西 我們問了些餐廳和景點 還給我們一些建議和推薦，個個好評
設施：衞生間有智能馬桶 屋子裡設備都很新 有投影 整體使用起來都很舒服安心
交通很方便 開車去碼頭 吃飯的地方 都不超過十五分鐘

房間很新，老闆是個年輕小夥子，人也不錯，房子附近沒有什麼可玩的，在村裡，過個夜還行，不過隔音效果太差了，半夜2.3點簡直了，吵到睡不着啊……樓上客人素質也太差，也沒人管，小孩都被吵醒了……太無語

距離機場很近，打車十分鐘就到了，是在一個小小別墅區內。房間很乾凈，房間很大，床很軟，很舒服。老闆也很熱情，因為颱風天氣我們將近十點才到，老闆一直等着我們，到了還熱心的給我們遞拖鞋和礦泉水，還貼心問冰鎮還是常温。反正非常好評，下次來舟山還是住這一家！
