酒店年份挺久了，裏面設施比較陳舊（保養的還不錯）。晚上去吃了自助小火鍋，5點30分進去，進去餐食還未放全，先去點了鍋底（服務員説送上桌，等我菜拿好還沒有去問，來句你什麼時候點的）。第一批吃完，等補菜真的很久，桌上都是空盤，牛羊肉牛百葉要啥啥沒有，這個價格吃下來不划算。第二天早餐想拿小籠包旁邊那盤子（第一上面就有毛線直接讓服務員收走），以後拿了豆腐花重新拿了個勺子（完全沒有洗乾淨）。所以找了服務員想反映下，問有沒有主管或經理在，以後來了個年紀很大的，自我介紹是服務員，很客氣了説下。好吧，這些簡單問題驚動不了經理，級別不夠。但是給我們感覺是不被重視，咖啡旁邊桌上是送到枱子的，我們自取。有點欺人。

酒店服務非常好，也很貼心，感謝 Lori[愛心] 提供幾天的專業的服務，酒店出行到景區也很方便，酒店早餐，下午茶也都很不錯，小童遊樂場也很好，小朋友玩的很開心，游泳池環境也很棒，酒店就在東沙沙灘旁邊，海景房間風景非常棒！
