11月初來的，淡季沒什麼人，帶家人過來，小孩玩沙非常開心，可以開自己的越野車進來直接停車房間門口，房間設施很棒，地熱和暖氣都很好，熱水也很大，洗澡很舒服，酒店還非常好，直接延遲到下午六點退房，吃的也很好，符合廣東人的口味，酒店的工作人員也很熱情，服務非常周到！有機會的話等下大雪的時候再來玩！

車箱型的房間設計很新穎時尚、內部空間很温馨、衞生很乾凈、熱水持續有、體驗了從未體驗過的沙漠之夜：沙漠晚歺、篝火晚會、沙漠煙火、仰望星空、星空講座，所有項目都很值得；早上看到了沙漠日出；白天的沙漠遊玩項目終身難忘。接駁車很方便很周到。

酒店環境很好，服務也很熱情，但是房間都是類似集裝箱改造的，所以房間內插座特別少，床頭櫃上面的USB接口還是壞的，希望可以改進！

市區接駁/景區接駁 :入住酒店接駁無縫銜接，周到的服務團隊小羣，高效溝通。
衞生：房間，浴室乾淨整潔。
沙漠晚餐（自助火鍋）:鮮美的牛羊肉卷，冰鮮的大蝦。還有需要提前一天預訂的烤羊排味道超級贊！
環境：酒店就在沙漠中，孩子玩沙的天堂，我更喜歡在駝鈴背景中的沙漠🏜美景。
設施：娛樂設施很豐富多彩，滑沙板，摩託車，沖浪車，篝火晚會和遊戲。還有想説的是兩天讓我們預約三次UTV沙漠越野，越野老兵波哥為人實在，服務周到，特別越野技術沒得説，有驚無險，刺激挑戰！
和孩子一起期待下次的沙漠之旅！

房間雖然不大，整體不錯，比較乾淨。但早餐品種不多，晚餐也偏貴，如果不是國慶期間性價比會高一些。因為去的時間天氣不好，沒有看到星星比較可惜。景區內綠色沖浪車1號車司機特別兇，服務態度很差，如果需要安全提示那請注意態度，如果房間門口不讓滑沙那在辦理入住時就應該提前説明

老闆人很好，晚上的活動安排也很棒，星空講解超專業，衹是周圍的燈太亮了，拍星星的話要等晚一些才行。酒店周圍的沙也很棒，比起去沙坡頭玩沙，我更願在酒店周圍玩，人少，不用排隊，玩沙的項目基本都能滿足。
