位置和整個酒店的風景是很絕的，無可挑剔。住在這樣的地方，感覺整個心情都舒服了起來。
設施：我們住的小木屋，雖然不大，但是設施設備都很好，因為電熱水器也會有專門的提示錯峯沐浴，反正熱水用來還是很方便的，在沙漠裏能有這樣的用水已經很好了。酒店會提供玩具，挖沙工具，滑沙板，小朋友出門就可以暢快玩沙，真的很棒👍🏻。
衞生：衞生挺好的，床品乾淨，衞生間也挺乾淨的，可以經常把小屋門口的桌子椅子再清理一下，不過在沙漠，户外的東西有些磨損和污漬也能理解。
環境：很漂亮的酒店，心情舒暢。特別特別喜歡火鍋自助，一個人坐在那裡吃了很多，在沙漠裏的小火鍋真的太愜意了。
服務：服務總體來説不錯，特別表揚建羣服務的人員，隨時解答問題，也會在有活動有餐食的時候提前提醒。接駁車服務也很好，就是不太遠的距離也會貼心接駁。而且前台接待的人員也給我們安排了一間很舒服的位置。
餐食:特別表揚，真的很好吃，每一個菜都好吃，還能吃到當地的小吃甜點，牛羊肉卷的品質很好，飲料水果酒水都很好，蔬菜巨新鮮，真的很滿意🈵。

帶孩子來玩，真解放雙手，開門就是挖沙子。酒店的活動也很豐富，上午徒步做標本下午都不用大人陪伴孩子自己就跟着老師做了日晷的小手工，晚上看星星，一整天都滿滿當當的。酒店整體服務好，管家李培鑫 Anna很熱心，我們晚上的飛機也幫我們辦理了延時退房。酒店公共區域的衞生維護的很好，整體體驗都很好。親子木屋房比木屋房大很多，還能到全景餐廳吃早晚飯，也不用擔心路程遠，都是車接車送，是一次愉快的旅遊體驗

住的沙景房，門口就可以玩沙，挖沙，滑沙板，房間配有浴缸，小朋友很喜歡，挖完沙直接浴缸泡澡玩水，吃的中西自助餐廳，食物多樣，還有小食，有一天孩子晚餐時間睡著了，跟前台溝通給了兩個餐盒給小朋友打包了一點，科普活動不錯，有沙漠徒步，觀星活動，工作人員講解的很到位，表揚徒步的小馬老師，講解到位，幽默有趣，前台的工作人員辦理入住的時候把活動的時間地址講解的都很清晰，很不錯的體驗👍👍👍

木屋房有點小，但玩沙非常方便，小朋友滑沙滑的停不下來。服務很不錯，早晚的自助餐都還可以，晚上觀星很好。主要就是帶小朋友來玩，小孩很開心。

每晚有兩場免費裸眼觀星
20:00和21:00，每場持續一個小時。
每場的前半小時在活動室聽老師講課，後半小時去觀星谷裸眼觀星。
✨陣列式天文觀測站
在鑽石酒店下面，680/一個家庭，觀測多個天體，時長45分鐘，並且全程需要自己調試望遠鏡，完成觀測任務後頒發證書。
前10分鐘培訓如何操作以及注意事項，陣列式觀星更有參與感。
