一次很棒的入住體驗，訂房之後管家就建了專屬小羣，1對1服務，有問必答有求必應，實名錶揚管家大媛、海洋、小核桃，每天的貼心提示、定時提醒、房間新鮮水果和美味堅果，都讓人感覺很温馨，我們帶着孩子到的比較早，酒店給我們免費升級了房型，獨特的設計風格讓人眼前一亮，雖然白天室外天氣炎熱，但是可以在酒店泳池消暑，傍晚室外散步景觀也很美，附近🈶小農場和田野，宿集裏還有陶藝可以體驗，適合度假慢生活

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，必須給個大大的好評！
還沒踏入酒店大堂，就能感受到工作人員的熱情。前台辦理入住的速度很快，小姐姐笑容特別親切，還主動介紹了酒店的設施和周邊的遊玩建議，讓人瞬間有了賓至如歸的感覺。感謝小魚，沐雪，木子，海洋和小棲的真誠付出。
房間特別乾淨整潔，完全沒有異味，床單被褥摸起來乾爽舒適，採光也很好，拉開窗簾就能看到不錯的風景。衞生間的洗漱用品齊全，熱水供應充足且穩定，洗澡體驗滿分。衣櫃裏還貼心地準備了雨傘和晾衣架，真的很貼心。
早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮，味道也很贊，餐廳的服務人員也很勤快，會及時收拾餐桌，補充食物。
總之，無論是服務、環境還是性價比，這家酒店都做得特別好，下次來這裏還會選擇入住，也會推薦給朋友！

這是一次糟糕的入住經歷，花這個價格體驗這樣的服務太不值了。
衞生情況：中規中矩，視覺感不夠清爽
設施情況：空調噪音大，製冷效果很差，後諮詢酒店工作人員，被告知是1託3的風管機，而不是一個房間一個空調主機制冷，怪不得一晚上睡覺都不敢蓋被子。電視在角落，還很小，民宿類型的不應該用投影儀嗎？更適合人多的吧。
服務問題：我覺得跟房價不成正比，還不如正規酒店的服務人員，解決不了什麼問題，去景區的餐廳吃晚餐9點不到的樣子吧，也是空調不行，諮詢服務人員也是説空調壞了，我看樣子也是那種風管機，而且像壞了蠻久的樣子，服務員衹是説一聲，跟老闆申請下，來修一修，我當時就笑了。等於説這次來就是冤種唄？
另外我們定的入住體驗裏面有園區攝影，7月10日在微信羣裏提醒了一次，但是我們入住的時候工作人員完全不提醒下我們可以參與這個活動。雖然是提醒過，但是到現場後的工作人員的提醒不是應盡的義務嗎？
消費情況：菜品標價虛高很嚴重，幾個預製的什麼煲類的都大幾十，燒烤也烤焦了，如果價格到了，是不是應該要提高菜品出品水平呢？啤酒（我們衹點了啤酒），是外面3倍的價格
7月16日晚入住的小灣，以上都是親身經歷，總之就算過來玩，也不會再來住了，勸大家避雷，這個價位完全可以選擇同區域更好的酒店，別踩坑
