帳篷裏面的床品嶄新，佈置很温馨，用品完備，位置安排合理。
衞生、洗浴設備齊全，景區全域通電通網（網速很快）；餐廳的菜品較豐富，娛樂項目可滿足家庭全員出遊，內容健康環保，有趣又有意義。
尤其值得點讚的是管家小超，服務非常體貼周到，人善良又熱情，如果下次再來騰格里我一定還會找他

酒店老闆很熱情，員工也都很好，有需要及時過來，旁邊就是沙漠遊樂項目。主要一睡醒，就是沙漠，這個體驗很不錯。

第一次住沙漠酒店，公用衞生間洗浴間比預期乾淨，晚上篝火晚會很火熱，帶孩子很好的體驗，但帳篷太熱了升級了木屋房有空調，遺憾沒看到滿天繁星。
