店主迴應，特色項目都沒有，因為不是旅遊旺季，入住人太少，特色項目不進行。
要帶孩子去看特色項目的請慎入。受不了大風，大沙塵的，慎入。帳篷中午很熱晚上冷，風吹的噪音很大，有睡眠需求的慎入。
店主和管家的服務還是可以的，挺熱情。

和孩子們一起住了一晚。 因為是韓國人，所以中文説得不好，但是親切地幫了我很多忙。 在宿舍裏看到的沙漠的樣子也很好,孩子們從早上開始就開心地滑行沙漠的樣子也很好。 晚上的煙花也成了難忘的回憶。

沙漠地方能入住設施齊全房間是很滿足了。房間不算大但勝在明亮、一面大玻璃坐在室內也置身於沙漠中。床上用品乾淨、舒適。
不足之處就是電吹風壞了，熱水器水是涼的。五一假期又是在沙漠，
餐廳晚餐等了一個多小時菜沒上齊，贈送的4份早餐在9點多就結束也沒趕上，好彩我帶了快食麪解決一家人早餐。

這輩子住過最差的了，服務差，衞生差，待遇差，虛假宣傳，毫無性價比可言。來之前打電話説位置和系統上的不一樣讓我們加微信，已經自駕到路邊了加他微信，等半天不同意打電話催了之後同意了，加上微信讓發位置，等半天沒發，再打電話去催才發，坐上來接的吉普車路上拋錨，給我們換了一個車。到了前台之後讓辦入住，給我們説c4，安排誰誰誰A送我們過去，出來之後A在小摩託車上抽着煙説等會要去送枕頭，讓B送我們，B和另一個男的打笑着過來説她要幹嘛幹嘛送不了。ok我們兩人就在門口被晾着，過了一會兒去問前台，還很詫異問我們為什麼在這兒站着等，讓我們進屋去等送枕頭的回來，我們進屋之後衹有一個座位，ok繼續站着等，然後A騎着摩託回來了把行李搬上車，正詫異問前台她説原來我們要自己走去住的地方。ok又安排一個人帶路，説要給我們換一個屋子，繞了一大圈找到了。進屋之後發現，和他給的宣傳照片完全不一樣，請問你們説的地毯呢？窗户呢？板凳椅子也沒有，甚至衹有一個枕頭，甚至沒有垃圾桶，真實圖片詳見下面照片，衞生更是不想説這個坐墊很臟（詳見照片）還有這個是擦過小桌子的紙，看看有多臟，一進屋還有點冷，洗浴也不方便，不知道是不是來晚了篝火晚會沒看見，滑沙也沒人説應該怎麼玩兒，反正整體而言體驗極差不必，完全無心吐槽，雖説是五一期間380左右的確實住不了多好的酒店，但是這帳篷也太敷衍了吧，就算是帳篷也能接受，但至少你得有服務和衞生吧？#衞生差#服務差#位置交通不便利#房間設施簡陋

篝火晚會，煙花，電影，歡唱都沒看到，沒有娛樂設施，公衞洗漱沒有熱水，馬桶也比較臟，如果衹是為了體驗一下沙漠住宿，玩玩沙，還是可以滿足。
