I can only say it's totally worth the price. I'd read reviews about the butler being so-so, but they were just average. They only answered my questions. They even sent me stargazing and dinner tips on our first day, but not on our second day. They seemed to offer sand therapy, but we didn't get to participate without being informed. They were very positive about recommending it for travel photography. The food was subpar, but the service was excellent and attentive. The waiter and chef, knowing we weren't satisfied with the food on our first day, went out of their way to prepare our requested dishes for us on our second day. I was also very dissatisfied with the activities. We were with the Star Hotel staff, and they told us to arrive ten minutes early for the outdoor stargazing that evening. We arrived on time, but the tables were already full. The Diamond Hotel offers the same activities as the Star Hotel for its higher price. The location is also too close to the Star Hotel, making it feel like a separate area of the Star Hotel. I can only say the influencer marketing is excellent; I've been to a desert hotel in Dubai before, and it's much better.
