房間直接可以玩沙，很方便
酒店提供玩沙工具，滑沙板
行出房門就是一大片沙漠
睇星星很方便，而且螢火會很熱鬧唱歌跳舞又有煙花睇

整體服務很滿意。改進建議：早餐一般，可能沙漠就這樣子吧，衞生間反臭真的要解決一下，換幾個防臭的地漏就解決了。

假期的沙漠還是很火的，星星酒店定不了，選來選去選了星旅。B區住了C區也住了，兩個區的區別就是B熱鬧，活動項目多點，但我覺得晚上活動那會太吵了，如果第一次帶娃來可以感受下氣氛。個人還是更喜歡C區，城市的牛馬累了到沙漠躺平，陪陪娃，看到窗外的景象非常愜意！C區硬件配置比B略好，床上用品非常乾淨就像新的，各種小吃，下午茶，一對一甚至多對一，服務很好，去哪兒都是接送。前兩年星星酒店也住過，對比一下，除了星星的餐飲更好，確實豐富很多，名氣更大，其實房間的寬敞，床單和乾淨整潔，服務的質量覺得星旅還真的不遜色，餐飲確實可以多多提升。其實出來旅遊不一定非要吃多好，非要躺浴缸看星星，選擇一個服務好的，設施衞生好的就可以了。

圓了住在沙漠的念想，小朋友玩的很開心。金沙海人流量比沙坡頭少太多了。不玩黃河項目的果斷沖。雖然沒能看到星星，但總體還是很滿意的

7月初將近2千一晚，各方面都差。房間設施差，屋頂一有風嗚嗚響；早飯毫無品質連全季都不如，衞生不用提了；環境破破爛爛，年久失修；前台大媽態度生硬；出酒店不方便，前台給的出租車電話，要加價的。總之這是一個非常不方便的地方，酒店自身又提供不了應有的服務水準。不知道攜程給五星五鑽怎麼評的，誤導消費者。巨坑！！
