酒店地處通河景區內，人少遊玩體驗較好，晚上自助小火鍋菜品豐富，贈送《馬到成功》篝火演藝也很精彩，這個房型的洗手間相對簡陋，沒有蓮花親子好，性價比還行

説實話帳篷房住着不是很舒服，衞生間衞生條件也很一般。但酒店的娛樂活動非常豐富，滑沙，看錶演，各種騎馬騎駱駝，看星空都是很難得的體驗。小朋友還參加了找礦石活動，覺得很有趣。天氣好還是推薦大家去入住，如果颳風下雨就千萬別去。

第一次來沙漠，精心挑選後入住七號星空帳篷酒店。來之前各種擔心，怕帳篷煮住着不方便，沒想到一切擔心都是多餘的。一個個小帳篷房間，太可愛了，孩子出門就可以玩沙，酒店的公共遊泳池水也很乾凈，孩子游泳玩的非常開心。管家服務貼心到位，各類研學活動也很豐富，晚餐早餐非常豐盛，住一天根本不夠，至少兩晚😂

整個行程都很滿意，酒店不管是服務還是設施都很不錯，孩子們玩的很開心，送的通湖草原演出也很精彩，特別要感謝管家阿強，全程都服務很貼心，第二天下雨温度驟降，還提醒我們喝薑茶，下次去中衞還會選擇七號星空

五星好評給管家阿興的用心服務，隨時有需要、有問題都可以立即回覆並解決，非常感謝！對於酒店，外圍環境和管家服務很用心。但客觀説，基礎的帳篷房的設施、配置，真的無法滿足基本的住店所需，衞生間浴室需要彎腰進入，沒有任何放置物品的地方，洗澡水衹能洗30分鐘，然後再燒30分鐘，房間內沒有掛衣服的地方，做什麼都要彎着腰……總之，是很艱苦的體驗。帶孩子和長者的慎選。
