位置古城中心，衞生好，老闆熱情，服務周到，店裡麪就可以租到民族服裝，可以安排照相。

因為六月底被大水淹過，所以整個民宿顯得有些狼藉。
民宿養的小貓小狗就店家説都被大水沖走了😭
房間比較小，沒有電梯，長者的話會不方便。
老闆是個小姐姐服務很好，十一期間訂票困難，還熱心的幫忙打聽梵凈山的黃牛票超感謝～

這是一家優點和缺點都十分明顯的酒店。先説優點，這間酒店就位於鎮遠最繁華的順城街上，一面臨街一面靠河，距離縣委縣政府、四方井、博物館走路都在兩分鐘以內，距離祝聖橋、青龍洞、石屏山步行也僅需10分鐘以內，到和平村舊址走路也僅需要15分鐘，酒店臨河而建，在房間內就可以欣賞到對岸聯合街的夜景，區位優勢十分明顯。另外，酒店自帶價格合理的粧造服務，電瓶車租賃價格也可以接受，來旅遊不用跑路，一站搞定。國慶節假期期間，酒店價格為560元每間，對比這個環境來看，非常滿意。接下來再客觀的提一提酒店的不足之處。第一是相對同價位的酒店來説，環境衞生還需要進一步加強提升，再一個就是停車相對不便（客觀條件限制）且需要收費30元一天，綜上，整體是到訪鎮遠旅遊不錯的下榻地點。
