The three days and two nights of Huangguoshu tour experience is very good. You can go back to the hotel to eat and rest during the hottest time at noon. Baiweiyuan Chinese Restaurant: Large portions and delicious, the skin-on beef in clear soup, crispy eggplant, and marinated pepper and plum meat are all very good. When we ate, we thought the herbal tea was delicious, and the beauty in the restaurant even gave us a bag of tea leaves. Self-service laundry room: clothes can be washed directly after returning from the waterfall, very friendly for family travel The room was not ready when we checked in, so the hotel directly gave me meal vouchers for the children. Absolutely amazing. I’ve spent most of my adult life traveling the world. Staying at all types of hotels. Mostly 5 star international hotels as I aged. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations. The staff and service are amazing. The VIP driver (didn’t get his name) amazing. Food recommendations amazing. Free laundry service. You guessed it, amazing. The rooms cleanliness and the hotels aethstetics well above par. Located walking distance to the waterfalls entrance, it is conveniently located. Not to mention a music and fountain light show across the street in the park with a beautiful view every night was an unexpected delight. So glad we found this gem. I usually don’t write reviews but this is well deserved and definitely is a 5 star stay!

This time I went to Huangguoshu Scenic Area and chose Huangguoshu Resort Hotel. The whole stay experience was perfect and made me linger. As soon as I entered the hotel, the lobby was spacious and bright, and the design style integrated the local ethnic customs and was very distinctive. The staff was enthusiastic and professional. They were meticulous when checking in, and also introduced me to the surrounding attractions and travel guides, which made me feel very at ease when I first arrived. The room is warm and comfortable, spacious, and has excellent lighting. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery around through the window. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the toiletries are of high quality. Every detail shows the high quality of the hotel. The hotel's catering is also excellent. Not only does it have a variety of local specialties, the taste is authentic, the ingredients are fresh, and the chef's cooking skills are superb, which makes people have endless aftertaste. The hotel's geographical location is even more unique. It is very close to Huangguoshu Scenic Area and travel is very convenient. The hotel also provides shuttle services to and from the scenic area, saving tourists a lot of time and energy. This stay at Huangguoshu Resort Hotel has added many good memories to my trip. The garden view is great, the lobby environment and decoration are very good, the fragrance smells very good, the lady at the front desk and the room aunt are very polite, I asked for 2 extra bottles of mineral water, which were delivered quickly and without charge. Although it is a newly opened hotel, it is said that it has been prepared for several years and there is no peculiar smell. The breakfast noodles were delicious!

i went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages. 我带着很高的期望来到了这家酒店，因为它是一家四星级酒店。我是外国人，和父母一起来的。最积极的是工作人员对我们真的很好。但我感觉酒店有点旧了，床垫太硬了，早上7.30我就被噪音吵醒了。您仍然需要支付公园门票，而且售票处离酒店很远。如果想晚上看瀑布还需要再买一张票。我觉得这是非常错误的......所以酒店在公园内，但没有那么多优势。

We drove by ourselves, and when we unloaded our luggage in front of the lobby, we were urged three times in a row by a manager (female) in a suit. This shows that the staff does not have a good understanding of the hotel service process, the use of service facilities and the needs of customers. When customers unload their luggage, they should be enthusiastic to help and assist in the arrangement. I hope that the hotel's facilities and services will be perfectly integrated.
