Zhenjiang Hotels with Pools

This is the second time I stayed at Crowne Plaza Zhenjiang. I still feel very good. First, I received a warm reception from the front desk manager Tom Liu. When he heard that we wanted a non-smoking room, he immediately upgraded us to a non-smoking floor. The room was clean and hygienic without any odor, which made our family very happy. Secondly, I am also very satisfied with the hotel's package. I feel that it is very cost-effective. Not only afternoon tea and simple dinner are provided, but also welcome drinks and snacks are provided. In addition, the service staff in the restaurant, guest room and fitness center are very polite and provide good service. Of course, the location of the hotel is also very superior. Opposite is Jinshan Lake, and there are all kinds of cute birds flying on the lake. It is so beautiful. These are the reasons why I like this hotel.

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

Walking distance from railway station and has many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staffs were friendly and enjoyed good weekend family trip in Zhenjiang.

I booked it temporarily during the May Day holiday, so the price was higher than usual, which is understandable, as all hotels have increased their prices. After arriving at the hotel, two people helped me with my luggage. The front desk knew that I was with a child, and they also helped me upgrade to a suite. The room was large, fully equipped, and the bathroom was super large, which was great value for money. The hotel is across the road from the Beigushan Scenic Area, and you can see the pier and the Yangtze River from the upstairs, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel has good service, good rooms, and good environment. I highly recommend it.

I chose this hotel from afar to play in the water. I can only say that the service is too average. Let's not talk about the era. I have to pay a deposit. Now it's all real-name registration. It's really ugly. There is nothing to eat around the hotel. You can only book at the hotel. The price of the food in the hot spring is not expensive, but it's too bad. The noodles almost vomited. Hey, the hotel breakfast with a 10-year-old child costs 78 yuan. Why don't you rob money? The ecological restaurant in the hotel is better than this. In addition, the online group purchase of the hot spring costs 128, and it only costs 49 in the store. Those who come later should check it carefully before booking. I booked the room with an additional price on Saturday. On Saturday during the summer vacation, basically all projects were stopped at 7 pm. People were driven into a small hot spring pool, and their attitude was very unfriendly. I stayed at the hotel to enjoy the hotel, but now the front desk was so careless and ignored all the questions I asked. The gym on the first floor was basically locked. My child found her way in and played for a while, but was asked questions by several floors of customer service, as if they were robbing her money! Oh, this wave of Ctrip's promotion is really not good! We still have to look at the comprehensive evaluation of other platforms! Everyone

It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed here, and I finally came to Biyu Garden again during the May Day holiday. Wander in the beautiful gardens in the hotel, take a walk in Nanshan every day to breathe in oxygen and feel the fragrance of various plants. Wake up to the chirping of birds for breakfast, and the green mountain scenery outside the window is refreshing! I saw that the lights in the hotel restaurant were also changed, but luckily it maintained the original style and elegance. The outer wall of the conference building has also been replaced, but unfortunately the wall-crawlers are gone.

I sent my daughter to school. All the express hotels near the school were fully booked. I saw good reviews of this hotel on Ctrip. Although it is a little far, the environment is superb and the service attitude of the staff is very good. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I go to Zhenjiang. The two-bedroom and one-living room suite is really convenient for a family to travel. Recommended

The hotel is spacious, bright and tidy. If you arrive early, although there is no room to check in, you can get the package tickets in advance and play first. There are also many areas for rest and fun in the hotel. There are also places for tea and charging. When there is a room, Xiao He, the butler of the reservation department, will be the first time Notifications, and various warm reminders, the cleaning lady Zhu Yuelan also answered our questions enthusiastically. The hotel facilities are very complete, there are laundry detergent and electric mosquito coils, and the balcony is equipped with gauze curtains, which is very thoughtful. Children also like the food very much, especially the dinner at the Hong Kong-style Ming stall restaurant has achieved CD-ROM action! The glass plank road in the water world is very novel, the elevator is a bit slow and crowded, the outdoor area should still be expanding, and there are not many things to play. Walking in the hotel area after dinner has a nice view, there are boardwalks, fountains, and a slow pace of life. I like it very much.

The overall environment is beautiful and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, the hotel is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete and perfect, the transportation is convenient, and it is very convenient to Tofu Village and Tea Expo Park. It is worth recommending!

The hotel service really has nothing to say, especially great, my parents are 80 years old, they are not used to sleeping in the soft bed, and then the housekeeping department came to help them remove the mattress, and then re-made the quilt, the whole process  No complaints, really very satisfied. The whole service at the front desk Xiaoji is very good.  Shuixian is worthy of being a five-star hotel in Danyang.  The last sentence is five-star praise.
