When checking in, the front desk staff Zoey and Andy were friendly and professional. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt a warm welcome. They carefully checked the reservation information, quickly arranged the room for us, and kindly informed us of the floor of the room, the location of the elevator, and some precautions for check-in. When we had special requirements for the room type, they actively coordinated and quickly solved it for us. The whole process was efficient and comfortable. Checking out was also satisfactory. Staff Yoyo did not delay at all, quickly checked the room, and sent us off with a smile. At the same time, they also asked if there was anything we were not satisfied with during our stay. This attitude of actively collecting feedback is rare. Whether it is check-in or check-out, the service of the hotel front desk reflects a very high standard, which makes our trip full of good memories at the beginning and end.

All good except the room service, which I was forced to use, as I had to work late from my room. Ordering was not at all simple (having not spotted the QR code notice on the fridge work top. But response was swift, so too was delivery of the order. However, the ”Ceasar Salad” was sorrowful! Lettuce leaves awash in some sort of watery white fluid, with no discernable taste, some croutons and a few pieces of dried bacon. Especially disappointing given how lovely the fruit and vegetables are most of the time in China. Main course ”Lemon and Herb Chicken” should have been listed as ”Lemon and Herb Skin and Bones”!!! There was virtually NO actual chicken meat. Roated tomatoes and asparagus were lovely, Dessert was uninspiring, but compared to the salad and main course for sure the best course. The Wine? Completely undrinkable. Opened, poured a small amount to taste, spoilt. It happens, sadly! Would be a good idea to open the wine to test before serving

The front desk manager was warm and cheerful. It turned out that he was a fellow employee and he even gave us breakfast! Entering the room, the large glass windows and spacious house design make it bright and comfortable! The following items are even better than four stars, tea and coffee! The tea bag is not powdered tea leaves but a combination of whole tea leaves and osmanthus, and the coffee is hanging ear coffee. The taste is great and worth repurchasing on Taobao. Walking distance from railway station and has many restaurants and convenience shops nearby. Staffs were friendly and enjoyed good weekend family trip in Zhenjiang.

I booked it temporarily during the May Day holiday, so the price was higher than usual, which is understandable, as all hotels have increased their prices. After arriving at the hotel, two people helped me with my luggage. The front desk knew that I was with a child, and they also helped me upgrade to a suite. The room was large, fully equipped, and the bathroom was super large, which was great value for money. The hotel is across the road from the Beigushan Scenic Area, and you can see the pier and the Yangtze River from the upstairs, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel has good service, good rooms, and good environment. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel with good amenities. Not far from downtown fun. Breakfast was good & hot. Staff was super helpful friendly & professional. The hotel environment is elegant and quiet in a bustling city. It is very convenient to go to the Xijindu Scenic Area. The hotel's bathroom has sufficient water pressure, the shower room is large, and the bed is very comfortable. The elderly in the family are very satisfied. Checking out also gave a New Year's refrigerator magnet gift, which is full of sincerity. In addition, the hotel's Chinese restaurant is also quite good. It was lunch time when I drove to the hotel by myself, so I had dinner in the hotel's Chinese restaurant.
