The reception staff are really good. They face so many customer pressures of questions and quick checkin and they are doing their best to maintain good composure. Concierge is also very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was a good spread. Will patronise Le Meridien again at Zhengzhou.

Very comfortable, spacious, modern room. Friendly and helpful staff that provides a range of additional services such as afternoon tea and happy hour. Great location with plenty of amenities and restaurants a short walking distance away.

Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

I stayed in Zhengzhou for one night and found this treasure hotel unexpectedly. First of all, the location is good. There are many shopping malls nearby and the Provincial People's Hospital is not far away. Second, the old five-star hotel is really good. The hardware is OK, and the service is really good. We booked a double bed room, and we upgraded to a suite because we brought our children. We also gave the child a small cake on his birthday, which was really flattering! The child was beautiful. The concierge was also great and took the initiative to take the luggage. The breakfast was standard, and there were special snacks such as spicy soup. In short, I think this hotel has met my mental standards. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Zhengzhou. I will recommend it to my friends and colleagues. In addition, thank Zhengzhou Cultural Tourism and Ctrip. The government subsidies for the hotel have been used, and the cost performance is really high. It's a pity that I didn't stay in Zhengzhou for a long time. I will come again next time.

The room environment is not bad, and there are many types of breakfast. The only regret is that there is no laundry room. Now, whether it is a mid-range or high-end hotel, it is basically equipped with a laundry room. It is recommended to add one, even if it is charged. 😊

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services. The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation. Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

The old brand is indeed reliable! The location is also very good, with a shopping district next to it and a museum opposite. The breakfast is also delicious, especially the spicy soup. The customer service T i na is very enthusiastic. She arranged the room according to my requirements in advance and sent breakfast for the children. Thank you here! I will definitely come again next time!

The hotel location is great and easy to travel around. Might be just me, the room has water leakage and room smells mouldy and they couldn't fix it. The replace room was also not clean.
