Zhengzhou Hotels with Pools

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel with it's friendly staff and excellent service. Although the hotel location is not the best, a bit far from the main city attractions, but there is a metro nearby if you need to get to the both of the city railway stations or even to the airport. This hotel would be good for stopover or business travellers wishing to enjoy the fast service, absence of noisy crowds, good cuisine, or simply to rest after the flight.

A wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and the services excellent. I will stay again.

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

This is a very good hotel ,very comfortable room and bed.The bathroom has all washing facilities ,the room cleaner miss wang has good observation and care the clients .Breakfast is delicious ,including Chinese and Europe style. The reception three staffs is perfect， sincere and polite to customers ,李汶遙，劉若楠，劉昆，They are good cooperation team.They lookafter the client friendly and care.Especially 李汶遙 she treat customers very careful like a family junior .she is pretty and lovely in my mind.👍👍🌹🌹.I would come again. The window need to clean although she treated me in a higher flat .still good for watching far but not good for looking close .Maybe l am too picky ,this is another department job.

Wonderful hotel with passionate and friendly staff. Special thanks to the staff who helped throughout my stay are Antoine, Jasmine , Miaomiao and Amanda. The restaurant is also stupendous, food is delicious and can accomodate all my culinary needs and thanks to Roger and Antoine. I always stay in sofitel when I visit Zhengzhou. I will stay same hotel again when next time.

After many years, I came to Zhengzhou again. I had the impression that this was the first foreign-related hotel in Zhengzhou. The price-performance ratio was good on Ctrip, so I decided to stay there. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I felt that this was not an old hotel. It should have been upgraded. After entering and checking in, as expected, the hotel still felt very atmospheric. The front desk was upgraded and changed to a duplex room, which was very good. The upper floor accommodation (the height space was a bit short, which was lacking for the experience of a tall person of 190cm) and the lower floor was spacious, suitable for friends to meet. The outdoor temperature was zero degrees, and the indoor heating was turned on at 25 degrees. As a result, it was found that the heating was too strong. Before going to bed, I asked the engineering department to come and turn off the heating. After all, the heating was turned on on the lower floor, and the heat rose. The temperature on the upper floor was too high, and you could go shirtless. The temperature difference between the upper and lower floors was about 15 degrees. The bathtub on the second floor was good, and the toiletries were very good. The breakfast variety was also in line with the hotel price. It is 20 minutes west of the hotel to the Bauhinia Park, and 200 meters diagonally opposite is the Yellow River Commission, which has a good location. It should be said that it is a cost-effective hotel. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

The room environment is not bad, and there are many types of breakfast. The only regret is that there is no laundry room. Now, whether it is a mid-range or high-end hotel, it is basically equipped with a laundry room. It is recommended to add one, even if it is charged. 😊

I'm there for business and it is close to the location of my visits. The hotel is grand and the location is near to many food stalls which is convenient to me. The hotel also has its pool and spa services. The breakfast is okay serving some local cuisines which is changed daily during my course of 5 days stay. The breakfast opens from 7 to 9.30am which is quite odd, I hope the opening hours are stretch longer. The room is clean with serving of fruits and snacks daily which is very much appreciated. However, the downside is that many people do smoke inside the hotel. I could easily smell cigarettes in the bathroom and toilet at the ventilation. Another part which I am not quite comfortable during the night is that the air conditioning wasn't adjustable which makes the room very hot without proper ventilation. Other than that, the stay is comfortable. It will be perfect if the upper part can be improved to meet international standards.

Stayed for two nights during the Spring Festival holiday. The hotel is conveniently located, and Zhengzhou East Station is only two stops away by subway. After arriving at the hotel, the room was not cleaned in time due to the holiday. The front desk sent a drink coupon to comfort us in time, which is understandable. It took about half an hour to get the room. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, suitable for business office. The simple meals in the executive lounge were good, and the optional items were ok, which is worth praising. The hotel breakfast meets the standards of a star hotel. Every staff member we met was very good, and we would like to express our gratitude here! Thank you for your hard work! If we have the opportunity to come to Zhengzhou next time, we will still choose the Sheraton Grand Zhengzhou Hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly, i very mutch like ìt all. The staff in the executive loung is very nice, i liked to stay there :) highly recomand this Hotel. Be nice with Ms. Grace
