The bed mattress was not comfortable and the room was very hot since the air conditioner had no cold air. It was difficult to sleep though they provided us with fan but still it was uncomfortable.

Super good service from Kiki / Jenny when i did my check in and check out. Don't think i have had any better friendlier service than this. Kiki / Jenny - pls keep up the good work, so everyone feels so at home when they stay at Crowne Plaza. Conclusion, the service is not not only a "5 Stars" service ....i would give it a "10 Stars" service......as it made me feel so at home. Thanks

Upon arrival, the hotel staff was professional and patient, he waited for us to check in at the counter and then bring us to our room with our luggage. We book the room one day before the trip, and try to call them if we couldn’t check in earlier. They prepared the room and we are able to check in straight away upon arrival. Really appreciate this kind gesture when travelling with kids.

It was my first time booking a hotel in Zhengzhou and it was worth it. Some of the hotel stuff know English, which was really helpful. By the reception, there was always an English speaking assistant. The pool is so big and clean, the sitting area around the pool is even more lovely even if you want to just chill and relax. The stuff all around the hotel was super nice and the rooms were clean, room service came daily. The only issue we had was when we arrived, the didn’t allow my partner to check in due to his nucleic test apparently being over 48hrs, even though on the suikang it was still showing within 48hrs, but they said they look at the time you did it at. And it was midnight at 00:30. This ruined our first night. Worse because he stays in Zhengzhou and hadn’t left ZZ in months, he could’ve done it the morning after getting a good rest. The room was already paid, and they put that money to waste for that day.

Beautiful hotel

I originally stayed at Marriott, the one in the corn building, which was very lj, with no service at all. I decisively changed here, it was better than I expected, with good service and a good breakfast. It is under the InterContinental brand, and I plan to stay here again during the May Day holiday.

The hotel is conveniently located and has a quiet environment. The duplex room is very suitable for family stays and is very spacious. The breakfast is rich in variety, and there is also Henan specialty Hu La Tang. The staff is very enthusiastic and sent welcome fruits.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, rich historical and cultural heritage, high cost performance, friendly front desk attitude, meticulous service, and they even specially helped us upgrade to a duplex room, which was great!

After many years, I came to Zhengzhou again. I had the impression that this was the first foreign-related hotel in Zhengzhou. The price-performance ratio was good on Ctrip, so I decided to stay there. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I felt that this was not an old hotel. It should have been upgraded. After entering and checking in, as expected, the hotel still felt very atmospheric. The front desk was upgraded and changed to a duplex room, which was very good. The upper floor accommodation (the height space was a bit short, which was lacking for the experience of a tall person of 190cm) and the lower floor was spacious, suitable for friends to meet. The outdoor temperature was zero degrees, and the indoor heating was turned on at 25 degrees. As a result, it was found that the heating was too strong. Before going to bed, I asked the engineering department to come and turn off the heating. After all, the heating was turned on on the lower floor, and the heat rose. The temperature on the upper floor was too high, and you could go shirtless. The temperature difference between the upper and lower floors was about 15 degrees. The bathtub on the second floor was good, and the toiletries were very good. The breakfast variety was also in line with the hotel price. It is 20 minutes west of the hotel to the Bauhinia Park, and 200 meters diagonally opposite is the Yellow River Commission, which has a good location. It should be said that it is a cost-effective hotel. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

I stayed in Zhengzhou for one night and found this treasure hotel unexpectedly. First of all, the location is good. There are many shopping malls nearby and the Provincial People's Hospital is not far away. Second, the old five-star hotel is really good. The hardware is OK, and the service is really good. We booked a double bed room, and we upgraded to a suite because we brought our children. We also gave the child a small cake on his birthday, which was really flattering! The child was beautiful. The concierge was also great and took the initiative to take the luggage. The breakfast was standard, and there were special snacks such as spicy soup. In short, I think this hotel has met my mental standards. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I come to Zhengzhou. I will recommend it to my friends and colleagues. In addition, thank Zhengzhou Cultural Tourism and Ctrip. The government subsidies for the hotel have been used, and the cost performance is really high. It's a pity that I didn't stay in Zhengzhou for a long time. I will come again next time.
