Zhengzhou Hotels with Bars

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

The service, especially from the ladies at the reception was excellent, the room large and nice. The location is very separated, it's far to go to find a food shop or a restaurant. The VIP-Club had excellent food and very friendly and helpful people. The restaurant downstairs confirmed my bad experiences with Sofitel restaurants.

Stayed for two nights during the Spring Festival holiday. The hotel is conveniently located, and Zhengzhou East Station is only two stops away by subway. After arriving at the hotel, the room was not cleaned in time due to the holiday. The front desk sent a drink coupon to comfort us in time, which is understandable. It took about half an hour to get the room. The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, suitable for business office. The simple meals in the executive lounge were good, and the optional items were ok, which is worth praising. The hotel breakfast meets the standards of a star hotel. Every staff member we met was very good, and we would like to express our gratitude here! Thank you for your hard work! If we have the opportunity to come to Zhengzhou next time, we will still choose the Sheraton Grand Zhengzhou Hotel.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Wanda Vista, Zhengzhou this past weekend. The accomodations were spectacular, the room was beautiful and comfortable, and the Executive Lounge was amazing. The views from our room and the lounge were fantastic, and the buffet breakfast had everything you could want. However it was the excellent service we received from Selina in the Executive Lounge that will have us coming back to this hotel. She was so friendly and gracious everytime we spoke to her, and she made a point of coming to our room to make sure we had everything we needed. With excellent English, she was able to serve us in a way that is not always common in many high-end hotels here. Selina is a huge reason why we enjoyed our stay, and we promised her we will be coming back on a monthly basis as a result. Thank you Selina!!

Before arriving at the hotel, I received a call from the hotel front desk asking how many people were staying and whether there were children. They did enough preparation and were very attentive. After arriving at the hotel, a very beautiful lady greeted me and reminded me very well. Although there were no toothbrushes or slippers for children, the service attitude was very good and they were very dedicated to helping me./:lvu The children also received a souvenir on this trip, which they liked very much😍

Generally speaking, the price/performance ratio is very high, and I am very satisfied. The environment and transportation are very convenient. The hotel is a light luxury boutique express hotel. The service is very good, and I am very satisfied with arranging an additional red wine glass for the room. The fly in the ointment is that the bedding cleaning company will have some residual smell, but generally speaking, the bedding he chooses is good. In addition, the entire air-conditioning system in China, including five-star hotels, has the problem of excessive noise. 

It is not recommended for those who need a quiet room to rest. Service: Good service and prompt response. If the mini bar is not installed according to the product introduction, please contact the front desk to solve the problem quickly. Upgrade to a suite equipped with a mini bar. Facilities: Facilities are aging and severely damaged: such as public areas such as elevators, corridors, wooden floors and baseboards in rooms, etc. The location of the air conditioner switch in the living room is very hidden and I couldn't find it. When I checked out, I found it in a corner with a narrow wall. There is no service center number or quick service button in the room phone instructions. After pressing it, the call was not dialed. The sound insulation effect of the glass in the room is not good. Hygiene: Overall clean and tidy. The mold spots on the rubber strips on the edge of the bathtub make it feel unclean. There is a lot of dirt on the back strip and bottom of the bathtub stopper. The bathrobe in the cabinet smells of oil. Environment: Noisy, unable to sleep. The apartment building faces east and west, with the road on the east side, and the rooms on the east side are arranged. There is a lot of noise at night, and vibrations can be heard from time to time. It seems that the high-speed railway is passing by, and I don't know how far the high-speed railway is from this building. The air conditioner in the bedroom is noisy, and it's not all the noise coming from the indoor unit. The outdoor unit is in the equipment room at the corner of the bedroom.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel is new but far away from the center. We also had breakfast and afternoon tea. Both were very delicious and in a way comfortable. We asked reception for afternoon tea at 12.45pm and they said okay. So I ate the food (not much, but enough and nice) and then went outside. The breakfast is also rich like every 5 star hotel.

Yonghe Platinum is undoubtedly the best in Zhengzhou. The whole accommodation experience is great. I stayed in Zhengzhou for a total of four nights. I was dazzled by the choice of hotels and finally picked two. I was very lucky that Yonghe Platinum was my final two choices. The architectural style of the hotel is European. Needless to say, the hardware is more important. All the employees are serving with heart and soul. Zhang Feng, the cleaner on the 21st floor, put small biscuits when cleaning the room, adjusted the position of the bathrobe, changed the pillow, and added a massager, which made me feel very warm when I returned to the room. The housekeeper Song Cheqing is kind and enthusiastic in service. The room he arranged is also great and the cleaning is very thorough. I would like to thank her and other employees for their thoughtfulness. It is not only recommended to stay, but it is really worth staying!

We also went to experience the bar in the evening, which is also a different world. The resident singers are very professional and sing very well. This family trip is very satisfactory. If I have the opportunity to come to Zhengzhou again in the future, I will come to experience it again. I strongly recommend it! ! !
