I chose the Atour Hotel on a business trip to Zhengzhou and had a very pleasant experience. Its prime location makes it convenient for dining, entertainment, and travel, making travel a breeze. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk and room service were attentive and responsive. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was quite tasty. However, the hotel's soundproofing could be improved, as outside noise occasionally disturbed it. Hotel location is very good to find, and Holiday Express is a different building. It is separated from Henan Radio and Television Station by a wall and the parking lot is also very large. (Did not drive, Didi traveled the whole way. But Didi positioning the hotel is usually outside the parking lot, and you can also call the driver to let the driver come in.) The front desk service is very good, and the room is also the consistent standard of Atour. is very warm and thoughtful, even if you are on a business trip, you feel at home. Late night porridge: starting at 9:30 in the evening, rice and millet porridge, there are many kinds of side dishes for porridge, as well as two kinds of cold dishes and staple foods. The uncle in the kitchen is also very enthusiastic and really feels the ”porridge to”.

Close to the airport, near by, have one small mall with supermarket. The food at hotel is also very good. Staff all friendly.

Nothing special about this hotel . Staff is not really cooperative with foreigners. Room and bathroom were really small. Parking fee was way too expensive for over the night stay. It’s a bit overrated hotel . Can find many other better options in similar price .

I spent three days in Zhengzhou and stayed at Atour for two nights. I was satisfied. The transportation is convenient. It is between Yanzhuang Station and Zijingshan Station, so it is convenient to go anywhere. The service is very good, and it can be said that it is responsive. I wanted a higher floor, and the front desk lady gave me the 11th floor. I thought the tea was delicious, and the auntie gave me two more tea bags. The breakfast was not bad, and the spicy soup tasted even better than some other restaurants outside.

The breakfast is very rich, the wontons are especially delicious, the decoration is very special, the service staff is very friendly, and they sent a lot of mineral water. The pillows are very comfortable and I slept very well.
