這次入住給我留下了很深刻的印象，當我拖着疲憊的身軀從車上下來時，前台小姐姐立馬熱情地快步上前幫我接過行李，一路帶我到前台，進門迎接我的不是程式化的問候，而是前台小姐姐春風般的笑容和一杯暖心的熱茶還有熱毛巾。一句“歡迎回家，您旅途辛苦了！”，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊，讓我倍感親切。 辦理入住時，小姐姐得知我是過來旅遊的，就開始細緻入微地介紹酒店設施和湛江的景點，彷彿一位貼心的朋友，為我即將開啟的旅程指點迷津。而當我摘美瞳後因忘帶護理液而煩惱時，抱着試試的心態給前台撥打了電話，不到十分鐘，小姐姐便將護理液送到房間，還貼心地叮囑使用注意事項，這份效率和服務意識令人贊歎。 夜幕降臨，失眠的困擾讓我撥通了前台的電話。沒想到一杯温熱香甜的牛奶，搭配着精緻的小餅乾馬上就送了上來，不僅撫慰了我的胃，更温暖了我的心。在這樣温馨的氛圍中，我很快進入了夢鄉。 第二天匆忙趕路，不慎將重要的外套遺落在酒店。正當我懊惱不已時，酒店的電話如及時雨般打來，告知我找到了外套並安排快遞寄送，得知訊息後甚至連快遞單號和查詢方式都一併發來。這種想客人之所想，急客人之所急的服務精神，讓我深受感動。 美豪麗致酒店的服務，沒有華麗的辭藻，沒有刻意的討好，有的衹是從細節處流露出的真誠和用心。一杯熱茶，一句問候，一個微笑，從細節就狠狠拿捏我，都讓我感受到家的温暖。這次入住體驗，讓我對酒店服務有了全新的認識，也讓我深深記住了美豪麗致這個名字。以後不管去哪，美豪麗致都將是我的不二之選！
