房間略舊，椅子都發黴了，洗浴間和衞生間的設計非常不方便，洗浴間與馬桶中間隔着一塊玻璃，是透明的，也就是説有人洗澡時就不能上廁所了，而且房間與洗浴間的遮擋玻璃是半透明的，在床上是可以看到裏面的人在洗澡，這樣非常不好，住了兩天，第一天熱水供應還正常，第二天就不正常了，洗澡的水越洗越冷，洗到一半直接變冷水了，雖説當地天氣不算冷，但晚上也衹有十來度的，洗冷水澡還是很冷的，本想續住的，第二天趕緊走了

位置還可以，停車場很多位置。叫外賣很方便，樓下有小賣部，對面是學校，打車也很方便，這個價錢是很不錯了
