房間設施一般，衞生差，不乾淨，枱面上都是灰，管理不規範，住宿環境一般，吧枱服務還可以，位置還可以，距離赤坎老街不遠。

挺好的衞生還可以，就是高層的房間空調不怎麼製冷還沒大廳的涼快。勉強能吹吹吧蓋點被子就出汗了。。。。。樓下有鴨腳煲好吃

1，我在攜程訂成120一間惠選大床房，**同樣的房間96，我最開始看有房間，後面截圖時賣完了。2.房間超級超級不隔音，隔壁看電視的聲音感覺比我手機放的聲音還要清晰，旁邊房間裏面走路聲音都是清晰可聞，樓上沖水聲，周邊關門聲，感覺每一次開關門睡着都能被吵醒的，走廊裏説話聲音特別清晰。
3.我這個房間電視機是壞的，看不了。
4.床的靠背很多黴菌。
5.消防噴淋頭上全是灰塵，蜘蛛網，看着特別臟。
網上圖片和房間實景是一致的，但是照片和現實差距還是挺大的，沒換酒店或者説是沒有找前台工作人員説這些，是因為我老公生病了，中午就一直沒力氣，頭痛，衹想躺下休息，想想出來旅遊，最後一晚住宿挺失望的，以後還是需要好好篩選下

應該是最低廉的價格，選擇到了一個令窮遊者最滿意的酒店。酒店位置就在赤坎老街中心，購物和品嚐美食方便，鬧中取靜，酒店中規中矩，還有自己的停車場，雖簡陋一點，距酒店還有一小段距離，但也能免費停車，初到時還有人帶路去車場。100多點元的價格在經濟發達的湛江能訂這種酒店，應該很值了。

選擇這家酒店主要是其位於赤坎老街附近，客房面積、設施、環境等符合基本要求，入住後也沒讓人失望。吃住行各方面也都便利，所以前往南極村、硇洲島遊玩後又續住了一晚。
