交通便利樓下就是公交站；吃飯方便附近很多美食和商場；靠近觀海長廊步行即可；價格實惠穩定，環境又好，不像附近某也納價格波動大；房間又大又乾淨，有明窗和廳出陽台，晾衣服沒問題；房間配套好，乾濕分離；兩年來一來出差都是住這裏都混熟了；

房間有窗，光線好，視野好，晚上比較安靜，衞生間通風效果好，離海近，離湛江站近，離西站打車20多塊，20多分鐘。

房間挺滿意，環境也挺好，就是五一加價了不少錢。前台工作人員和老闆人都挺好，因為是晚上的票，所以延時退房了一個多小時也沒有另收費，真的很感謝！
