這次入住湛江喜來登酒店真的很滿意，入住前就有管家uki聯繫了加了微信，會告知酒店一些訊息等，遇到問題也能隨時微信溝通，真是簡單又高效。酒店周邊很漂亮，環境很好，靠近沙灘，酒店前台工作人員專業，體貼並且笑容很好令人如沐春風。酒店環境優美，床睡着很舒服。下次還會回來！

房間安排的非常滿意，管家kristin服務非常細心周到，在我們一家入住之前就打電話加了微信，詢問了是否有相關需求，告知了吹風機和用餐一些情況，並且把自駕的車牌號提前錄取了停車場系統裏。前台大堂裏的服務人員都很熱情，配合使用了辦公用品。環境也很好，附近就是海濱浴場，酒店內的自助餐性價比高，餐品豐富。在6樓使用了健身房，户外泳池的景色也很好。總體體驗非常不錯。
