設施陳舊，我們住的房間洗手間的燈居然不亮，且馬桶漏水，將就了一晚也沒麻煩前台處理。陽台很大！寫字枱邊上競然沒有一個插座！陽台上確有一個插座。吃飯不方便，約好的晚上五點到七點有飯吃，到點了居然説廚師去別的地方了晚上不回來。環湖環境蠻好值得轉一圈。

房間內部大部分都重新裝修了，所以還是不錯的，就是衞生間裏有些設備比較陳舊，沒有全部更新。尤其酒店就在景區裏是最棒的，任何時候都可以逛公園，我們入住的時候天氣很好，陽光可以照入房間非常棒，沒有覺得其他客人説的潮濕。晚餐在酒店吃的，口味不錯👍，就是覺得價格稍高，因為酒店是在景區裏的原因吧，值得入住。

這個酒店適合自助遊，因為它只有地利的優勢，在景區內，免費賞景，且景色非常不錯，晚上不行，漆黑一團。基本上沒有什麼服務，所以一定要備好食品。我幸運趕上廚師有事，沒有來店做晚餐。服務枱與房間沒有電話，晚上知道馬桶堵了，去服務枱沒有人，好在大廳有公廁。第一次進房間煙味很大，和服務員商量升級房間，服務員再三要求把價差款打給個人卡上，不希望產生不愉快，照着做了。感覺酒店管理上像老國企，經營上有點慘淡。
