服務不錯，很熱情，主動介紹附近吃喝玩樂的地方，出入方便。步行到廣東醫科大學很近，大概5-6分鐘。附近還有醫院，超市，商場很便利。酒店還有自助洗衣房健身房，憑房卡可免費健身，設施設備齊全。

物有超值！帶着孩子過來探親，朋友介紹來這家酒店，果然沒有讓人失望。酒店位置優越，出入方便，停車場很大，有保安人員指揮不會亂停，不錯。酒店大堂也很氣派，很寬敞。不像很多酒店沒有門面，前台小的可憐。兩個大人兩個小孩，前台主動給升級了商務房！非常感謝！房間設施齊全，有個小冰箱太合我心意了！小孩買了酸奶剛好可以用上。浴室和衞生間乾濕分離！超讚！一句話概括，性價比高！

這是一個有人情味的酒店。來前台想訂做婚房的時候前台很貼心介紹房間並告知需要注意的事項，和可以享受的福利，她們12樓也有洗衣房是免費提供自助的。我們預訂好房間後電話酒店，她也會盡量去安排滿足，而且我想換紅色床上用品沒有了，也會去協調溝通解決給安排。辦入住的時候也很暖心，幫忙提行李送上房間，我們不懂的地方也會叫客房 技術部過來指導。印象最深刻的事情還是我懷着孕，前台小陳 小鐘服務很熱心，又是倒温水給我又是幫我拿行李。護送我上去，真得很優秀！YYDS! PS:前廳的經理還送了我兩份早餐，味道還不錯！出品也可以！贊👍🏻

房間裝修風格簡約，衞生乾淨環境也可以。酒店門口就有很多停車位，免費停車，酒店早餐菜品味道還可以，但是品種比較少，可能是最近客源不多的緣故，周邊也有不少好的餐廳，吃飯方便，晚上氣温十四五度，雖然不是很冷，但是如果有熱風空調那就更好了，還是比較推薦下次再來！
