I came to Zhangzhou with my wife and chose this homestay hidden in the ancient city. As soon as you enter the door, you will be attracted by various puppet decorations. We chose a room with a private hot spring. The hot spring pool on the balcony faces the cobblestone street. It was a kind of easter egg on the journey. The only drawback is that the old wooden building has average sound insulation. In the early morning, you can hear the jingle of bicycles passing by, but it does add to the fun of the city. (Tips: Private bath rooms are cost-effective, but they need to be booked early during peak season; if you like taking photos, it is recommended to bring cheongsam or Hanfu. The lanterns by the window and the carved bed are beyond the picture!)
