Very clean, manager super helpful. Bathrooms had great water pressure. The rooms were close to each other which was nice as our kids slept next door. Right on the beach! Thanks for a lovely stay ❤️

是公寓式酒店，客房的客廳很大，卧室比較小，陽光看海景超級棒！靠近公路這邊工地在施工，有一些噪音，而且導致房間有些灰塵。公寓樓下就可以停車，自駕友好！去白塘灣景區坐接駁車過去也很方便，另外酒店背後鄰近海岸，走幾分鐘就可以趕海挖沙！早餐比較豐富～

我們訂房間在最高一層，風景無敵好好！樓下就是海灘，趕海玩沙很方便，適合遛娃度假，啥都好，就是衞生很差，床單，枕頭套都有污跡，自己帶了床單被罩，所以沒有拍照，廁所和洗手盆位置也反臭嚴重，經常聞到異味。總體來説，入住這酒店就是為了樓下那片海灘的，所以希望酒店後期能維護好一點，比較住酒店，衞生是第一位吧！

白塘灣景區是中鐵開發的景區周邊配套，緊鄰牛頭山火山口地質公園（要多問問，不要以為開發商開發的海邊就是地質公園了），無邊泳池和海水温泉還有打卡拍照網紅點、餐飲集聚都是中鐵開發項目。入住的酒店是中鐵建的商品房公寓改造，就8號和9號兩棟樓，23層，一棟樓才2個電梯，等個電梯太慢、太慢了。
服務枱和等候區都太狹窄，自助採購食品區也品種不多
免費洗衣房的洗衣粉太難出泡，感覺像過期的。。。
20元一位的早餐還是對得起價格，就是利用2樓一個延伸出去的平台空間搭建的早餐點，東西不是很多，但是服務人員態度不錯。
優點是：給我們免費升級到了海景套房，兩房一廳，真的海景房，陽台正對着海邊，晚上海浪的聲音震耳欲聾。剛好是颱風天，風也來伴奏，呼呼呼呼的響。整個白塘灣景區和玄武巖地址風貌一覽無遺。酒店有停車場和免費到景區的接駁車，還是很方便。還把地下車庫改造成娛樂設施場所：電玩、乒乓球、健身房、下棋、投籃等等，經營者很會利用空間，夜景燈那些也可圈可點。
來這邊還是自駕開車來方便。

很適合親子度假旅遊，入住家庭套房，一打開門就是超級無敵海景。客廳很大。度假區沙灘乾淨，海水清澈。購買套票包含兩張濱海火山地質公園的門票，進去看下，還是很值得一看的。中漁餐廳，套餐的分量還是挺足的，菜的搭配也很合理，口感不錯。本來以為景區會宰客啥的，結果超出預期。帶娃出遊值得推薦。唯一不足就是地點偏了點，開車自駕更方便些。

房間除了牆體比較舊一點其他的都很不錯，服務滿分💯，最值得肯定的是他們的管家服務，入住當天會有管家提前聯繫你，幫我們省了很多時間，這次接待我們的是陳志民管家，人很耐心幫忙解決問題，👍👍👍，訊息回覆也很及時，有求必應，非常感恩。感受就是風景很美，沙灘也很乾凈，景區的吃的好吃就是有一點小貴，但是能理解。打掃衞生的保潔人員也很盡責，很不錯👍

很喜歡的一次入住，每位工作人員都好温暖，有耐心。非常享受並且欣賞這樣的微笑服務👍🏻
入住當天有收到管家總監Jerry陳電訪，非常細心周到，幫助解答並且處理很多問題，不耐其煩。自始至終親跟直到確定客服滿意。真的希望大家如此辛苦工作之餘也能好好休息❤️
白塘灣景區火山公園門票:很喜歡這樣清凈美景，其實不乏味，可能有些人是喜歡熱鬧，這裏傍晚開始也有篝火晚會，燈光舞美。
馬術俱樂部:孩子體驗了海邊騎馬，很開心，看得出來馴馬師也是很愛這些馬匹的。
這次入駐真的都很喜歡，衹有一點，太多吸煙人士，房間也會傳來味道，電梯走廊，甚至海邊，來這裏那麼多孩子，甚至還有孕媽媽，若是能幫助減少這樣的污染，海灘真的會更令人留戀。
