房間就是正常的標間，前台和客房的阿姨態度都挺好哈~帶孩子去，孩子五歲，喜歡陶藝和小童遊樂設施。其他的就是拍照片。温泉另外收費，有住宿的話温泉加45就可以帶一個1.2米以下的孩子~
環境好，到了晚上還有各種蟲叫~
住宿有包含早餐【圖三】，早餐的花生奶還不錯，要自己加糖。炒了個肉，我很喜歡，打了好幾次，吃很飽，到中午都不餓。

一到景區説還要打電話到客房部確認，給訂單給她們看都不行，無語了。一般房間使用密碼，進出都要按麻煩，半夜還把密碼改了進不去，跑到服務枱又説我們記錯號碼……用新密碼開後，兩個密碼都能進房間，房間裏還沒有固定電話。晚上蚊子太多了泡個温泉咬的到處都是包都沒有心情泡了。房間外面燈暗的很泡茶打牌都沒辦法。

五一當天入住，一家5口入住，訂了兩間，在鷺凱生態園裡麪，工作人員服務特別好，幫我們行李送進來，包含了温泉門票，温泉很舒適，裏面環境也不錯，孩子們很喜歡，房間也沒漲價，比起別家幾倍幾倍的漲，簡直是良心商家，推薦～🌹🌹

訂之前還有點怕太偏遠，實際不會，自駕下高速差不多十分鐘就到，工作人員全部都很熱情，服務很好，莊園很乾凈，裏面很多可以玩的，帶小孩很適合，喜歡田園的也很適合，下次有機會還住。

酒店非常不錯，各方面服務都細緻周到，適合入住。特意錯峯出行，陪爸媽出門逛逛，廈門開車過去1個小時5分鐘還是很方便的。一入景區，有入桃花源之感。服務人員態度特別好，見人都笑吟吟的，尤其是前台小蘇，我出行頭一天晚上11點還在諮詢她，非常耐心細緻的給我解釋，辦理入住後，對我爸媽長者家非常照顧，各種小事，讓人感到賓至如歸😊😊😊（希望她們老闆能看到，給她加雞腿🍗😛😛）再説説房間吧這次訂了兩間，一間小木屋一間三人房，個人感覺三人房性價比更高，房間還算挺乾淨的，被子枕頭等沒有任何異味，缺點就是房間電視有點問題😂😂😂長者家沒有電視看，哈哈哈，其他都非常好！#服務
