從深圳自駕遊，在攜程上刷到這家酒店。酒店設施和衞生都還不錯，温泉硬件更是一流。但服務完全配不上硬件設施。前台開房房卡搞錯，半天開不了門；晚上洗衣機漏水弄濕客廳；上午公館的客人去泡温泉或者游泳必須繞道到前廳，關鍵是更衣室還不給開放；尤其是前台的女工作人員感覺沒受過什麼培訓。總之是五星級的環境，五星級的價格，四星級的硬件，三星級的服務。

東南亞風的湯泉別墅，非常nice！環境優美，非常適合慵懶風的人羣，帶娃不想太累，實在可以去。半夜還可以去星空燒烤吧喝點小酒、擼個小串、聽個小曲，非常放鬆。
