We had a pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. The hotel receptionist (special mention to Thien Lee) assisted us with many things during our stay as language can be a barrier here, including organising a tour for us which ended up being cheaper than hiring DiDi, plus we get to see two sites than the original intended one attraction site only. We're very thankful for that The hotel also provided breakfast and we were served well. Man Ronghua (waitress) accomodated all our food request as we can only have halal food. The ala carte food served was also very delicious. The hotel itself was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We would definitely return again

As soon as I entered the door, I was poked by the enthusiasm of the front desk staff. The smile was particularly healing, the tone was gentle and patient, and we also took the initiative to inform us that we can upgrade the room type. This surprise that we didn't expect in advance, instantly made the fatigue of the journey less than half. Entering the room is even brighter: the lighting is so good that you don't need to turn on the lights. When you open the window, you can open the view and you can see the scenery when you look up. The room is cleaned as ”extremely clean”, even the corners of the bed and the corners that are easy to ignore are spotless and comfortable to look at. Although the room is not oversized, the layout is particularly reasonable, the wardrobe, desk, dressing table partition is clear, and it does not feel crowded at all. The most surprising thing is the sound insulation. After closing the door at night, the noise from the outside seems to be isolated. It is very quiet in the bed. Plus the skin-friendly and breathable bedding, you can sleep on the pillow and wake up. The whole person is refreshed. Breakfast did not disappoint! Chinese and Western dishes are full of dishes, Chinese porridge, buns, side dishes are authentic warm stomach, Western bread, coffee, fried eggs are fresh and delicious, whether you like light or prefer strong taste, you can find the heart, eat particularly satisfied. More intimate is the location of the hotel, 5 minutes walk to the food street, want to go shopping at night, buy some local specialties are super convenient. When checking out, the staff also specifically asked about the check-in experience, listened to the feedback carefully, and felt that they really cared about the feelings of the guests. This time I stayed, I have included this hotel in the ”must choose list again”, even with several friends around me Amway, I really recommend it to everyone who needs accommodation!

A warm hotel. The lobby and room service staff are all very welcoming and are trained in accordance with the service standards of a five-star hotel. The room is large, with welcome fruit snacks and hot milk. Bottles of Qiyi Glacier mineral water are provided in the corridor, which can be taken at any time. The room is clean and tidy, and the bedding is comfortable. The room is very suitable for children to play. The breakfast is rich, with local snacks and delicacies. A very satisfying stay!

This hotel is not outstanding on the outside, but on the inside it is at least the level of a second-tier city. Zhangye is probably only a fifth-tier city, regardless of its city appearance or economic level. Specifically manifested in several aspects: ——There are no fancy and tacky decorations in the lobby and corridors, and there are no such police reminders or political slogans. They are generous, spacious, bright, neat, clean, well-organized, and make people feel comfortable. ——The environment inside and outside is very quiet, the room is fresh and simple, the bed is dry and white, the hot water shower is very powerful, and the atmosphere for rest and sleep is excellent. ——The employees are unpretentious, not professional (fake and slick), simple and direct, making people feel relaxed.

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

Huazhu quality has nothing to say, but there is no elevator in the underground parking lot to the lobby on the first floor. It is really necessary to explain in advance. Secondly, the hotel has an elevator. I have to let the robot go first. I am also drunk. Sometimes the robot can't get in and stuck the elevator door. People who affect an elevator can't move. The hotel sent breakfast, but forgive me, I can say that it is really difficult to eat, not worthy of the standard of Huazhu, and the shower water is hot and cold, I don’t know if it’s because of the new hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is convenient to go to the pedestrian street or the Big Buddha Temple, and you can walk there. The front desk lady is sincere and enthusiastic, and she answers all our questions, making us feel at home.

Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Quiet location with no street noise. We couldn't get the air-conditioning working at the correct temperature but that may have been our mistake. Good location. It is a short walk to a market and some good restaurants, and a 5 min drive to the city centre. The service was fantastic. The front desk staff helped us organise transport and tours for the day (saving us lots of money).

This hotel experience exceeded all expectations! From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, and they even offered helpful recommendations for nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The soundproofing was also excellent. The bathroom was fully equipped, and the toiletries were high-quality. The breakfast was also rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options. It was nutritious and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day full of energy. The surrounding area is convenient for transportation, making it easy to get around, and there are also many delicious restaurants. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip!

The rooms are spacious and clean, which is enough to meet the standards of official reception hotels in prefecture-level cities. I checked the chain hotels of the same period. The economy hotels have more than 600. I feel that the price of this local hotel is very conscience. The parking lot is big enough and there are charging piles. The hotel has a laundry room and dryer, suitable for daily travel. No need to order breakfast, there are several breakfast shops downstairs, eating a horse Zhanmei beef noodles for only 6 yuan a bowl, really cheap. When checking out, the hotel sent a small gift package, with water, yogurt and fruit, very intimate. Loudly recommend to all who want to come to Zhangye for one night.
